Package sits at warehouse forever

Package sits at warehouse for many days after you send an email saying it shipped. Label was created and sits there for an unreasonable amount of time. I will be canceling my membership and won't be ordering anything else.

Great Quality & Fast Shipping

Ordered my 4 boys some new shoes, 7, 5, 4, and almost 2. I haven't received my 4 year old shoes yet, but I got the other 3 pairs only two days after ordering & the quality of the shoes have me shook. The VIP thing helps single moms with hella kids find affordable shoes that will actually last on kids' busy feet & are stylish & very cute too! I order off JustFab this time every year for the past few, and I have yet to be disappointed. Thank you JustFab!

I placed this order on January 1st and the site says delivered on January 9th. However, I still have not received my order. This is the first time not receiving my order. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response.

Love these boots!

Delivery was fast and easy. I got these $65 boots for $15! They're high quality and comfy! I was worried about my legs being too big. But actually the boots are a bit baggy. Only complaint is they slide down when walking.

Horrible

I used a credit on $39.99 to buy 2 shirts that's are made of horrible material and probably worth $10 each. The fit was smaller than their advertised size of Large. They fit like a small. The shirts tore the first time I wore them. Definitely disappointed. Total order was around $55.00.

Inconsistencies in sizing

Justfab has a lot of cute shoes however it is hard to order from the site because a lot of the time the sizing differs greatly. Some are too narrow, some fit just right and some would need a whole new size to begin with. For this reason it makes ordering hard and even frustrating when ordering items that cannot not be returned because you take a gamble of if they will fit or not. 2 out of the 4 pairs I ordered didn't fit and cannot be returned.

Wrong items

I received children's shoes and a pair of shoes that were too small for my foot. Anyway called get thinks straighten out. Trying to get the shipping label, I had emailed to my PC. Customer service did help me.

Really Slow.

Every time I order it mentions it takes 6 to 10 days to receive, but it looks like its purposely slowed down. They email you saying the package is on its way but takes 3 days to leave their warehouse, and it seems like it sits in locations longer then it should. Again making sure not to deliver before like 8 or 9 days. Plus their tracking service is horrible, it never matched and doesn't update in real time. Again this isn't a one time issue its every time I ordered. That's why I don't order often.

Happy Feet

I was a little nervous about ordering shoes online. I like to try every shoe on in person, but the offer I received made me jump. I ordered... the shoes are perfect as I'm on my feet all day long in sales. Thank you for the great fit!
