You can cancel at any time. I have never had a problem with them. I would suggest calling if you want to cancel and make sure you get the name of who you spoke with (as with any company). I've used them for five years and have always gotten great service, I've had errors on my orders before, but their customer service has always been awesome.

Yes you can but you should call to cancel. Just get all the infornation you can of the person you spoke with.

You cannot cancel directly through the site, but you can call and cancel. I would make sure that you got all of that persons information though in case anything went wrong, so then you can make sure any error they make doesn't cost you. I have never tried to cancel my account though, so I couldn't tell you. I don't think it would be a problem.

You can, but they will try and talk you out of it! Be aware that they will still try and take £38 out of your account next month. Worse company ever! Avoid them like the plague... Warn your friends! Carol. X

They claim you can, they confirm your account is cancelled and continue to charge a fee for future purchases. Do not order from this site, it's a scam.
