Rented a car for Panama thru eDreams only to get to the counter with all the proper documentation in hand and no car reservation...now eDreams is telling me "no refund" because I was a no show! Feels like a wee bit of a scam too me...Anyone else have this experience?
All went as expected. Relatively easy site to navigate so far. Will have a final evaluation after I've experienced check in for departure & return. Don't like all the surprises that go along with air travel these days!
The process was fairly standard but wha I realized that one of the dates mas wrong and tried to change it things became much more complicated and I'm still waiting to see if my changes have gone through.
It was great that they managed to find affordable flight options, as it made traveling much more budget-friendly. Saving money on airfare allowed them to allocate funds to other expenses, such as accommodation, food, and activities. Finding cheap flights can make a huge difference when planning a trip.

I know from past experience and now that eDreams is a well established business which I feel does its best for customers including developing innovative and money saving schemes like Prime which suits a lot of people as its membership number reflects.
My experience on this occasion involved a cancellation which had very justifiable reasons and was treated as such.

Once in Kuwait I was at the Mercy of Indigo a low budget airline who charged me €209.00 for the Baggage I had booked with Kuwait. 2 checked baggage's of 46 KG. There is highlighter on your website warning Passengers of this dupe. I would classify this as a fraud to sell cheap tickets where the overall experience of the passenger is compromised! Very Sad improve or you will be superseded by your competition

Overall process was smooth and easy. I just didn't agree to a $10 monthly fee subscription of any sort. Why this was added I don't understand. I'm now worried that you're going to charge me anyway even though I declined the subscription. Untrustworthy companies usually do this type of shady sales activity.
My experience came out of trying several different "travel offering" groups with quite different approaches, some contradictory (to me) information, and some confusing sets of decisions to make to decide what to go with (whether it be travel dates, different options on baggage, seating arrangements, etc. I've been travelling international both professionally and personally for over 50 years, and I have to say the organisations offering travel online have become far too complicated with far too many choices.

One cannot get past being forced to accept Amazon prime! I do not want Amazon prime. I now have to go out of my way to cancel it to evade the automatic debits! This has been on rip off Britain and hasn't changed since.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
