I got a variety of items and am happy with them all! My favorite is the U Neck contour tank with build in bra. I reordered several of them, they are so comfortable and offer support even with no bra (and even for the larger-chested ladies)!
Website wasn't updated when i put my last order in for my girlfriend…i try to surprise her with things but the wait time is always long and the inventory is never up to date…i put my order in weeks ago and recently found out one of the items wasn't in stock and discontinued…i asked for a refund they recommended pick another item and put in my cart…said item is still in my cart…delivery has been split into 3 deliveries and i haven't received anything yet…i don't think i will be using this site again…i need something more reliable and expedited…shouldn't take this long to pack and deliver (a month really)!
My experience was very positive as what I ordered was a very popular item as such was out of stock. I was continually contacted to either wait for this to be restocked or refunded. I decided to wait. They were very responsive & I received my clothing and they are perfect!
Love my purchase good quality very good price but long wait for delivery, tracking not good not enough information on when I was getting it, will buy again as price and quality and price was excellent
I ordered 3 t-shirts they were supposed to have a built-in bra. While it took over a month to get them, which would have been fine, they are just plain t-shirts - no built-in bra! Couldn't be more disappointed!

I have spent over a month requesting information to return the items. One item has a broken zipper and all do not fit. I was going to change to a different size, but at this point, I want nothing to do with Chic Me. Every time I request info to refund they ask for SKU code, even though, I told them that the entire order needs to be returned, plus the SKU codes are listed in the email and chat thread. I guess it is a delay tatic. They offered me 10% to keep the order---NO THANK YOU. Then they offered 30%. I was clear refund me my money.
Love your clothes and how they make me feel beautiful. I get a lot of compliments on the clothes I have two that don't fit but not paying to send back
Awful experience. Will never use against did t receive dress and nobody would help in dealing: instead told me to contact delivery company. I don't even know the delivery company: would not buy from Thai company

My first day wearing this product, the zipper broke. Thankfully I had a scarf to cover myself, but it was really inconvenient as I was traveling and had to wear it like that on the plane. Would not recommend to anyone.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
