I waited a month for this package just for it to say delivered at 4:30am and yet I have received nothing I've checked my whole yard my porch my mail box EVERYWHERE I haven't seen ANY package and upon emailing and texting off their website I have gotten NO help
I ordered two pairs of men's jeans, DIRECTLY from their factory site, I received two pairs of FACTORY REJECTS at full price, both had machine wear rips in them, Wrangler did refund my money minus a $9 processing fee for my troubles. WTF!
I have worst experience from wrangler. If you live in canada and buying from their online site then please dont buy it. They charge 25$ for any return and also ot takes 6 weeks to process refund. Their customer service is worst. They dont care about customer. I had to file lots of grievance complaints to finally get my refund. They are holding customer's money for no reason. I will never buy or suggest someone to buy from them.
Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts, but Never Again
Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts. Wasn't sure if the sizes were true to fit but took a chance on it since they allowed returns. Well nothing fit and I had to return everything. They charged me $7.99 to return the items. I think that is ridiculous since it is not my fault everything was made larger than what I normally buy. I will never order from them again. If you exchange and try another size and it doesn't fit I guess they would charge you again. Never again.
Every pair of Wrangler jeans I've purchased in last 10 years has had the belt loops on each side of the middle simply rip off, have used a hot melt glue gun to try to salvage for a while. But I found the solution: I'm not buying anything Wrangler any more!
I don't know about you, but when it comes to how my jeans fit and look, I'm pretty picky. It has come to my attention that wrangler seems to be cutting corners in the amount of denim they no put into their front pockets. In doing so they probably save a buck or two, but the look turns out very crappy. I'm not over weight, I wear a 33" waist but buy 34" so size isn't the issue here. With what wrangler has done the stitching and pocket material always shows, no matter how you try to make not show. You can wear a shirt untucked to cover it, but sometimes you have to tuck a shirt in. I show an older pair( lite) and a new pair. You can see what has been cut back on. It may be the way two different countries put things together.
The worst jeans I ever bought my husband! I purchased 3 pair, within 6 months the left pocket on every pair was ripped open, in same place on every pair. When I tried to repair the jeans apparently they are vintage cause the material rips like it's rotten. Tried to return but have to send back to Wrangler and that is B.S... will never purchase anything Wrangler ever again
Wrangler Cowboy Cut jeans 13MWZ have turned into a horrible product after moving production from Mexico - using U.S. fabric - to Nicaragua. The material on the Nicaragua product is noticeably thinner - despite still advertising the same weight fabric (maybe time for a class action suit for false advertising?). The way the jeans fit is different and the waist sizes run smaller (not just my "spreading waist"). I suspect that some "value engineer" has figured out that by reducing the waist size by a half inch they can squeeze another pair of jeans out of a roll of material just like we saw in the automotive industry when the cars were made cheaper to save a nickle or dime per vehicle. I stopped in Boot Barn today thinking that I might buy a pair of 13MWZ black jeans, but when I looked at a pair, they were made in Nicaragua and were noticeably inferior. Wrangler had a proud heritage that, unfortunately, has been ruined by their choice to cheapen the product.
I bought a shirt and a jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband. The shirt was too small for him. I returned it inmediately, after a month and three times contacting customer service, they finally return a small amount, they deducted shipping, returning fee and they kept the taxes... What a disappointment. Wrangler products are good but their service is beyond bad.
Bought 10 pair for work- 8 of the 10pm or ripped exact same spot at month 9-10- left rear pocket! Comfortable but complete garbage- return policy is BS! Should b able 2 take pics and send! Not ship back! Won't ever buy again!
