Same here i dont know how this company gets away with it, and that reply above is a joke, i messaged that email address over 100 times with no reply!
Ive got to pay over £11 to send an item of clothing back that was not what i ordered.
How can i order a jumpsuit and you send hotpants! Joke.
Then charge me to send them back
