I purchased a few items from their website and paid an extra $10 for 3-day shipping.
I'm not sure if they just completely ignored that or what, but I am scheduled to receive my order in 200% of the time (6 days).

I only live 5 hours from their headquarters, so it's not like they had to ship it very far either. Normal USPS mail would arrive in 3 days from their location.

Companies just don't care anymore and I've had about enough of it. I will never buy from them again.

I have been buying this brand's clothing for many years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They offer high quality work and casual clothing at reasonable prices. Everything I have purchased from them have fit very well and lasted a long time. Super durable and comfortable clothes. Their accessories, like belts, shoes and work gear are excellent as well. There are always sales going on, so buying directly from their website is a plus. So if you are looking for quality clothes at affordable prices, for both work and for leisure activities, I highly recommend them.

I brought these working pants and in a couples of months all my belt loops came apart the pants are cheaply made very thin and won't withstand the cold winter here on the East Coast very disappointed don't recommend

This clothing brand became very popular among the general public and especially young people recently.
In all honesty I don't quite understand why, as they don't offer anything special. I bought a couple of items and they were okay. Probably it's one of those things that appears out of nowhere and goes back there again over a short period of time.

The pants I ordered were size 2. I wear size 2 or 4. They were enormous, maybe would fit a size 8 or ten person with room to spare. However $#*!ies does not accept returns unless defective or damaged in shipping so I had to spend $12 to return a $60 order. Never again will I fail to read the return policy. Nor will I shop where they do not allow free returns if the product disappoints. By the way the pants looked sturdy as hell, very stiff.

They use the cheapest material ever that doesn't last, before it was the pants wearing out too fast then I bought a belt claimed to be a work belt it was thick as $#*!, the catcher is the thin piece of pleather or whatever that hold the buckle on, garbage waste of money where do I post the pic and you see for yourself I wore this for 2 days to work that's it in a factory so not even too labor intensive

I love $#*!ies close! I do not like the sizing that is just random in all pants and shirts! I spend too much time trying to find a pair of pants or shirts because they are randomly sized and they are not truly sized! For instance I have bought a pair of pants 34 waist 32 length. I got 32 waist 36 length! And this was not the first time!

Between sizing inconsistencies, not being able to buy a 38x34 not less a 36 length, the slim low rise pants arriving with a regular rise and now flex pants without flex...I'm done with $#*!ies. It has always been a sizing struggle but I am over you now $#*!ies! I'll order anything from 1620 to Duluth Trading to keep from wasting money on $#*!ies!

If u haven't heard about this location I was in on Sunday the 16th had the one meat plate brisket very good there are new owners and they are smoking all meats in the morning, not keeping the meat for days.

This site have on site reviews, but after you order from them the site blocks you from expressing your order concerns about your order. It seems if though they don't want customer feedback about their orders. I ordered one color and they sent me a different color. However, I do have the option to send it back but that's not the point! It seems if though they send you whatever color they have in stock. Really pisses me off. I won't be ordering anything else.
