I would never use this company again - they were unable to flex my dates and allow me to cancel. Cancelling an existing reservation does not reimburse the charged rates + fees. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.
This company is the most scummy, disgusting company I've ever had to deal with. They booked me in a different city and won't let me change the reservation when the reason I booked a certain hotel was to be close to the hospital as I am due to give birth to my son who has multiple severe congenital heart defects. On top of that, when booking I told the agent I get a discount because I'm meant to be at the Ronald McDonald house but they're at full capacity, the agent said that gets dealt with at check in which is just incorrect. The lack of discount is annoying but we would've still stayed at the hotel given it was the right location. It is sick what these companies get away with and how little they want to help. I hope this company fails as everyone who works for it is just as scummy as the people who put the "rules and regulations" in place.

Not good. I put in my card info and forgot a code. I lost all my info, so I called the hotel directly. No one picked up after roughly 10 tries trying to get anyone at the front desk. I called your 800 number and they were very helpful. We checked into a dingy room; rusty shower, dim lighting (hard to get ready in the morning). Breakfast was awful! The ice machine was holding on for life with bungy cords (filthy area). The only nice thing when checking out was Bob.

There was no direct phone number to call the hotel to ask if all rooms were dog friendly… I called the only associated number with the property(reservation desk)
I could have saved myself a lot more if I just booked through Expedia like I had planned. Paid more money and should have just showed up to the property with my dog.Waste of time unless you are incompetent and don't know how to reserve online

Highly recommended. Friendly, fast, clean and cozy. My family and I had a good night's sleep while traveling from CO to VA. Safe area and well lit. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and well kept by the manager.

The front staff was very helpful in allowing us to have use of a table to serve our family supper. They went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. The pool was clean and fun for the grand kids. This will be our go to hotel.

Booked a two night stay in middle of March using Reservation Desk.
My plans changed and I went to cancel the reservation with over 1 month before the reservation was effective. I could cancel the reservation however I would still be charged 100% of the original reservation!
When I spoke with both a representative of Reservation Desk and their supervisor, they told me 'tough luck - you booked it online and agreed to no cancellation policy'. I would never agree to a non-cancellation policy... life happens and plans change! Where this policy was in the fine print is beyond me... so here is a warning to those considering this service - simply don't. You will regret it! I know I do!

It was quick. I did not receive a confirmation via email, but I did receive it by Text. If when I arrive tomorrow my room is reserved as requested the experience will have been fine. The charges are showing on my account so I'm assuming everything will be fine.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
