I removed 1 star because we had a bit of a misunderstanding at first.
Their customer service helped me a lot sorting out the misunderstanding with the hotel reservation.
I didn't make the trip yet but it seems that everything is sorted for now.
My experience will be decisive regarding a possible extra star.
I click membership access. Imputed required info... got three named hotels ( in the 3 star categories. Not as advertised) then selected Waikiki Resort Hotel. But was not able to proceed and complete the booking.
I requested help from support assistance. To confirm booking at this hotel but have not received any reply to this date. Instead got " unsold.com website is temporarily UNAVAILABLE at this time". Please help!
Some initial problems reflecting new corporate website but very quickly and easily resolved with excellent (+) customer service. They really are there to help. The price was great and 24 month booking window is much better and more flexible than other providers.
Would not accept valid and correct credit card details on first 2 attempts. You almost lost a booking. I had to check to make sure it was not a credit card harvesting scam. Lost
I just stumbled onto this website. Manage to book 7 nights in Maldives for a little over $400. Have not booked the date or hotel yet but if this works out then I will be using Unsold a lot more often.
Need to cancel my booking because all weekend dates are blocked, which was not stated in offer. Cannot get in touch with anyone. No phone number to call and live chat keeps telling me someone will contact me via email for the last three days.
5 Stars for "how would you rate your overall value so far?" I purchased from an ad in a game. This is taking a huge chance as there was little reason to trust this company with my info. If they had PayPal, I would have trusted it more.
I don't normally write reviews but we had a really great experience with Unsold! The room/suite we got in Banff st Tunnel Mountain Resort for $115/night was truly an amazing deal, and no extra fees when we got there! We definitely plan to use Unsold again. Of course, the no-cancellation/two week pre-booking can be inconvenient, depending on your situation, but it worked out perfectly for us!
Just booked a week in Orlando. Not sure what hotel Unsold has selected but will give an update when my travel to Orlando and experience ends. Looking forward to this first time booking with Unsold.com since I was told by others to stay away from but want to experience it myself!

I have previously bought the Singapore deal and was going to use it this month. Sadly government restrictions suddenly cancelled my trip. Unsold.com staff were extremely helpful and reinstated my booking. Also the value is fantastic.
