I tried to download document in different format, and it won't let me edit in PDF, and in the word the last page was missing. I was also not able to edit, when clicking on Format Text. Overall very frustrating experience. Hopefully I won't be charged.

Deceptive & confusing. Was confusing as to it was supposed to be a free trial but not really as you would automatically be billed in a few days but you don't know that until you get to the end of your form.

You said free but you let me fill in the blanks and then low and behold you want card info! Explain how notary stamp on page 4 is valid on page 3?
