Shipping to a boutique is supposed to be free, but I was charged by mistake. Tried to call, no answer. Sent several emails over the months and no response or refund. I'm still waiting on a different order from over a month ago to even ship. It's still "processing?" Also, there was an awesome sale but the site was broken so the advertised discount would show in the cart but wouldn't work at checkout. I tired for days and it never worked, even after I contacted the company and they said they were fixing it. Everything I wanted sold out and then they ended the sale. Absolute worst service I've ever encountered. The stuff is cute but not usually great quality. I am done with this company.
I am now sending a third email since I haven't been responded to yet. I ordered sneakers 12/18. I reviewed an email that it shipped 12/20. The item tracking never changed from label printed waiting for courier pickup. I sent two emails with no response. I called and after a half an hour on hold I spoke to someone who I could barely hear because it sounded like she was at her house and there was a TV on. She said I would be refunded. Then I get an email saying your refund is in the way. I spent 41.08 but the refund is only for 10$?!
I ordered few clothes online and it took 25 days for francesca to ship them to me (when the delivery time was mentioned to be 5-7 business days). After all umpteen number of times on the customer care n specifically asking them to cancel my order- then still end up sending it on my doorstep.
After I returned the order it's been now 15 days that I haven't received my refund. The customer service takes ages to connect n when it finally gets connected the representatives act rude n are completely unhelpful.
Too $#*!ing disappointed with the brand.
I placed an order for a dress, a romper, some shorts, and jewelry in June 2023. The dress was cute and fit ok, so I kept it. The shorts and the romper were too large (and the romper had what looked like a wine stain on it) so I opted to return these items along with a pair of earrings. The process to ship a return is straightforward but is not free (return shipping was ~$8 for me). My return was received on 6/23/23, and today (7/20/23) I am still waiting to be refunded for these items. I have tried contacting Francesca's three different times via their website and email and have not received a single response. Customer service wait times are absurd (I waited 30 min on the phone for a representative to tell me that a refund was issued 7/11/23, but I still have not received it). At this point I am just choosing to cut my losses and never order from Francesca's again. If you have ordered from them I hope your experience was better.
First let me say the store has amazing products that are at a reasonable price, but when it comes to the associates there i'm at a loss of words with the way me and my friend were treated. It was 6pm and she was rushing us out saying non stop they close in a hour. Another person walked in she didn't say anything to them. While we were looking around she watched our every move. We were in there for maybe 20 minutes or less and both of us bought two products. We never felt more unwelcome before. So sorry to say, but we wont be coming back. I like to follow a fashion trend, but at the same time I like to make it my own, and the beauty about fashion is that there are many different styles for different types of bodies, and personalities. And that is why I love Francesca's. Every single item I have is unique. I make it my own style. Francesca's 99@ Cameron Village is my store :) the customer service is amazing, they make you feel so comfortable, and you can always take your time to choose the right item that fits. You. Ever since covid hit. Their quality of clothing has went extremely downhill. I used to like their clothes as I started to branch out. There's other clothes better quality expensive or cheap but the price u pay for it. For this site everything is poor quality and they don't carry lush brand clothing anymore. They don't carry cute styles anymore. Ever since they closed all new york locations. Their clothes quality became super horrible for such expensive prices. A suede jacket I paid $38 super thin. Immediate return. Ladies or gals please don't bother ordering from this site. I don't think they will last or stay in competition for long for such expensive clothing for low quality. Compared to other competitors j don't see them surviving long
I have ordered jewelry and it looked like order went through but no confirmation email. Took me a long time to log back in and when I entered order # it says there was no order. Is this a joke? Not ordering from this website again! Took my money but no order? Really?
So I received an email that I had a $10 reward that was expiring on 10/26/23. I didn't sign up for their reward program. So went to their website to login and do password reset. I never received any email to reset my password. So I went in and signed up as a new customer. It didn't come up and say that email already had an account. Instead it enrolled me in the rewards program. Note I was using my email address that was associated to the email they sent me. Then I looked into my rewards and I had none. It said if you don't see your rewards here email us. So I went to their contact page and filled out the form to email them. I did this 3 times and nobody ever got back to me. Now it is 11/1 and my reward expired. What a shame. I can't believe that they would just ignore me like that. This is poor customer service on their part. I work in retail too and always answer my customers email.
I received an email saying I had $20 in rewards, however it would not let me add my rewards for my online order. I emailed customer service and it took them days to respond letting me know it was added to a different account number since they redid their rewards program. I sent them back an email the same day and they still have not responded. Now the rewards is expired and I was unable to use my $20.
Answer: You can't. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Social media team might answer you, but they have no info and won't help with anything.
