Ordered a dress from lucy in the sky in yellow. First of all it was yellow with lime green liner and the laces in back were lime green. Advertised a YELLOW. So we shipped the dress back as the color was awful. My daughter did not even try on. Then i receive it back after i returned it, saying it is 'stained'. There is absolutely not stain. I reached out to them via chat and they said there is nothing they can do about it and I'm not only stuck with the dress, i also paid extra for return shipping. When i told the representative it was terrible service and i was reporting to the better business bureau, she literally ended the chat and disconnected from me. Very immature and unprofessional. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this dress. I'm guessing from other reviews similar to this, they are in financial trouble and try to find any bogus reason not to honor returns. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUCY IN THE SKY. TERRIBLE QUALITY, NOT AS DESCRIBED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
After waiting months and passing the estimated ship date by weeks, we still don't have my daughter's dress. They don't answer their phone. They don't return emails. Their "live chat" is a bot that kicks you to email...nothing more. And, email is a loop they never answer. They are infuriating.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We ordered two dresses for my daughter's high school homecoming dance thinking that we would send either one or both of them back if they did not fit. One dress was green, the other white. Before the dresses arrived, we discovered that only Seniors were supposed to wear white to homecoming. When the package arrived, we DID NOT REMOVE THE WHITE DRESS FROM THE LUCY IN THE SKY PACKAGING and immediately returned it.
Then I received a message from Lucy in the Sky stating they were NOT issuing a refund and WERE SENDING THE DRESS BACK BECAUSE IT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN WORN!
I have reached out several times to Lucy in the Sky, and big surprise, no response. We received a package today from them, which I am assuming is the white dress; however, I am NOT going to open it since I do plan on returning it back to them.
Parents -- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Absolutely horrible customer service - they accused me of wearing a dress that didn't even fit me and refused to refund me for it. Not to mention they only return for in-store credit. They must be extremely broke if they're not even issuing in-store credits and accusing me of wearing their dress and trying to return it. On top of that, it's very poor quality merchandise.
Took two months to receive, then they wouldn't let me return it. As working with customer service for 4 days and on the 5th, it passed the 14 day return policy. Unbelievable. Will no shop here again.
After months of waiting for my orders I requested a refund. Months later nothing still. Then they blocked my emails from sending any form of communication to their email. I have an ongoing dispute with visa for a refund. Don't waste ur time or money on this disappointment of a company trying to steal ur money.
DON'T SHOP HERE! They will take your money and not send you any confirmation nor product. Been waiting for a refund since over a month ago. They told me it was in the bank and would be processed in 5 business days - it's now been 2 weeks. They stopped answering my mails too.? I'm filing a complaint with consumer protection!
My daughter ordered a prom dress in March 2024.
After still not receiving the dress in May decided to cancel the order.
Was informed she would be getting a refund.
It is now June 25,2024 and she is STILL waiting on her refund.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a dress for my daughter more than a month prior to a wedding. The ship date was quoted as a month after the order. I kept the order because the item would still (or so I thought!) arrive prior to the event. When I didn't receive a notice that the item was shipped, I contacted the company. They replied that the dress wouldn't be ready to ship until two weeks AFTER the wedding had taken place. I asked them to cancel my order. They responded back and asked me if I'd like to confirm cancellation. I responded that I wanted them to cancel the order. I went out and bought my daughter a dress from Altered State. I just received a notice the day before the wedding that they shipped the dress anyway! Now I'm left with the hassle of paying to return it and waiting for a refund. Seriously not professional or trustworthy. Very poor customer service.
Their clothes are the worst quality. Bought a dress and the shoulder straps came out on day 1. Dress came in torn. Customer service stopped responding to emails and were completely arrogant about it. Cost of the dress was $70...COMPLETE RIP OFF COMPANY! Dont waste your money. Should get negative stars

International shipping is free worldwide over US$50 (not including taxes or customs fees) and US$6.90 for orders under US$50. International delivery is 5-10 business days. Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
