Jamie, from the forward2me U. K. team, was extremely helpful in assisting me with my shipping requirements for a very small, lightweight package. It took some careful communication, by e-mail, for me to relay my particular requirements for the delivery of the package, but Jamie was very accommodating and understanding and managed to satisfy these requirements. I highly recommend forward2me for shipping parcels internationally. I have been receiving packages from forward2me for many years. I received my package in the warehouse and the staff immediately got in touch with me to arrange the best way to ship my parcel. They were attentive every step of the way and offered solutions to the questions I had, replied in a timely manner and ensured I got my goods safely, which I was really worried about because they were chocolates and I was afraid they would get squashed! But no, everything went swimmingly! Highly recommend.
