Charles is great but Amanda couldn't help at all; depends who answers the phone when you need help. Otherwise great service :) Make sure you only reship necessary items this doesn't cover customs just reduces weight to lower the shipping cost. I found some items are worth just buying and paying the company's shipping and duty cost. This service is great for heavy items that dont ship to your country.

Chuck was very helpful in my question. Do appreciate the good service. One thing would be nice would maybe be weekly reminders when you have items at stackry so you don't forget, i know you have them for days left in storage but would be nice for a weekly reminder to get something simple like

They outright lie about the weight of packages so that they can charge higher shipping rates which is fraud. In my experience it was more than double the actual weight. This is based on not only the previous carrier that delivered the package to their warehouse but photographic evidence provided by their own employees of the scale in their own warehouse. I contacted customer support and they literally couldn't care less, tripping over themselves to make illogical desperate excuses while trying to upsell me on services I didn't need or want then deliberately dodged tough questions they didn't want to answer. Pathetic excuse for a business with zero ethical integrity. Avoid if you have any self respect and prefer not to throw your money in the trash by supporting their scam.

I've just used Stackry for the first time and I'm very pleased at the experience so far. I was notified a day after my package arrived at the facility that it was in my locker--with where I purchased it from informing me the day before. The process was really simple with only four steps required to ship the item out from my locker & it went really smoothly. Loved the option to re-pack the item if the original box was too big. Shipping was really affordable, too! If I had paid shipping from the original place my item came from (which they don't offer to the uk), it would have cost at least 2-3 times more. So happy with what it came to for the cheapest option. Will definitely be using Stackry again!

Expensive shipping to Europe and slow consolidadtion. How come I order from a us brand and pay USD 5 for shipping in a few days and with stackers it's USD 15 for a very small package?

If the retailer ships to your country and you do not plan on consolidating with other orders, it may be less expensive to ship through the retailer.
