A great service but I am disappointed that some of my favourite businesses such as Walmart don't ship to the Stackry address. Every time I enter it, the order will get thrown out.
They outright lie about the weight of packages so that they can charge higher shipping rates which is fraud. In my experience it was more than double the actual weight. This is based on not only the previous carrier that delivered the package to their warehouse but photographic evidence provided by their own employees of the scale in their own warehouse. I contacted customer support and they literally couldn't care less, tripping over themselves to make illogical desperate excuses while trying to upsell me on services I didn't need or want then deliberately dodged tough questions they didn't want to answer. Pathetic excuse for a business with zero ethical integrity. Avoid if you have any self respect and prefer not to throw your money in the trash by supporting their scam.
Been using Stackry for a few years after switching from MyUs, the service is much better although they do make a few mistakes during consolidation ie they are supposed to leave the original boxes intact but instead they discard them and ship the items loose which is when damage occurs, so bear this in mind if you ship delicate items
I was hesitant at first but so glad I signed up to Stackry, they make shipping from the U. S to my home in the U. K so very easy, their website/app is straightforward and uncomplicated to use, the staff working there are so very helpful, big thank you to Amanda who recently resolved a hiccup with a missing address detail, she was courteous and professional with her actions and very considerate to a new user! I definitely recommend using Stackry to anyone wishing to shop in the U. S with retailers that won't send to the U. K.
I used their repacking service (that they charge $5 for), which they claim will save on size and dimensions of the parcel, and ultimately save shipping cost.
What happened? They claimed that the weight doubled and that the overall dimension increased, and now I'm supposed to pay 50% more in shipping costs.
Looks like I don't have any choice but to accept the loss, since I need the stuff I ordered. But this is just fraudulent behavior. First, and definitely the last time, I have used their services.

I've just used Stackry for the first time and I'm very pleased at the experience so far. I was notified a day after my package arrived at the facility that it was in my locker--with where I purchased it from informing me the day before. The process was really simple with only four steps required to ship the item out from my locker & it went really smoothly. Loved the option to re-pack the item if the original box was too big. Shipping was really affordable, too! If I had paid shipping from the original place my item came from (which they don't offer to the uk), it would have cost at least 2-3 times more. So happy with what it came to for the cheapest option. Will definitely be using Stackry again!
Generally great but 1 lost package (not Stackry's fault) and 1 hit with massive import tax. The other 5 packages sailed through expediantly.
Mixed bag so far. 1st package lost. 2nd package sailed through. 3rd package ended up in Sweden en route to UK where it picked up a hefty customs charge.
Not quite as reliable as I'd like but overall worth it to avoid excess postage and taxes from US to UK. Also since Brexit messed pretty much everything up many US companies don't send to the UK anymore so Stackry solves that problem.
My order cane incomplete! Stackry STOLE my packages and claim orders were delivered incomplete by the initial supplier! Needless to say, the WORST customer experience ever! These people piss you off and doesn't do their jobs right! They never replies to emails and they purposely keep you waiting on chat without giving you a proper response. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. Paid a huge sum to ship my packages and most items weren't even in there when delivered. THIEVES SITTING ON THRONES AT STACKRY!

I looked into your account history and see a complete investigation was performed by Stackry's claim department. This investigation included a review of the video footage of the consolidation. Based on our findings, it was discovered to be a retailer error. The video footage shows all items received at Stackry were packed into the consolidated box. Sufficient evidence was sent to you by the claims department to support this. Based on the conclusion, sadly the claim was denied and we respectfully ask you to inquire with the retailer. Perhaps the retailer will offer a refund or replacement items to fulfill the order you placed. Again we are very sorry this happened to your order, but please know we determined the mistake did not occur at Stackry.

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
