40 days in, no status updates or shipping information. I am now taking to messaging up their social media sites as a second to last resort. Will be cancelling transaction through credit card next if they don't respond.
Placed order and then discovered dozens of reports online of nothing ever being shipped. Emailed after 7 days asking when my item would ship and no response for a few days. Emailed to cancel order and they responded immediately and told me I was never charged. Sent them screenshots of my bank account and then was told they'd look into it the next morning. Emailed them to check on progress and they had blocked my email address.
Others have said it all really. Ordered some pins online. No receipt after 30 days which is how long they advise to wait. Chased via email. No response. Chased again via email. No response. Submitted web enquiry. No response. Tweeted and the person managing their online account agreed it was shocking service and asked for details to be DM'd and what do you know, nothing! Proper scam. They're thieves. Pure and simple
I found "shop pop gallery" when they followed me on twitter. I made an order from their cute selection on their website and was excited to get my items. Months went by and my order never came. I emailed them via their site three times and i never had a reply. I contacted them through twitter and was hopeful after they had replied back to me and said they would help. A month went by and nothing happened. I contacted them again and they said they would help. Then time went by and again nothing happened. I should have been sussed from the start when i realised Paypal wasn't a payment option, they didn't reply to emails, and once you have made your order you don't receive a confirmation or order number. I have reported them to a couple of different scam sites now. Sadly I won't get my order or a payment refund. I wish they would get shut down so no one else can get scammed though.
