Can't use coupons on too many items. Bad sales="Buy one get one 50 % off" (only need ONE not two). Too many expensive name brands, not enough Sonoma and Croft & Barrow brands. No fine jewelry and not enough costume jewelry. Get rid of Sephora, Nike, Columbia, etc. PUT THE STORES BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BRANDS THAT CUSTOMERS WANTED! (More reasonable price points). Worthless coupons, not good for too much of the store inventory! CEO obviously is NOT a good shopper! This Co. Is going to continue losing my business and others as well.
This business drives me crazy. I cannot ever be sure I am getting the best price. I will place an order online. The next day the item will be on sale. Place that order, then a few days later, the discounts change and yet an even lower price is available. What kind of business want's customers placing multiple orders only to return them all because prices have changed? I have one last return of a group of items that had me go through 4 orders to get the best price. I make sure that I consolidate so I only have to go to the store once for returns, but then the poor clerk has to spend 20 minutes with me sorting through multiple orders for the returns. I am done! I will shop elsewhere. Kohl's, lower your prices overall and keep them standard and YOU will save money! What an insane business model that cause extra work for everyone, and drives your customers away.
Got a return? Be Prepared to pay shipping again no full refunds, customer service sucks, should and will go out of business, never think to shop online or at their overpriced stores, good luck
On September 19,2024, I visited the Kohl's store located at 8750 W Sura Ln, Greenfield, WI, with my service dog. From the moment we entered, the store manager, Cam, confronted us, stating that dogs were not allowed in the store. I immediately informed her that my dog is a service animal, protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which allows service animals in public spaces.
Despite explaining the legal rights of service animals and the fact that no documentation is required for them, Cam insisted that my service dog could not enter, claiming he might relieve himself inside the store. This reasoning is completely unfounded and discriminatory. I informed her of ADA regulations, which clearly allow service animals in public accommodations without the need for additional documentation, but she refused to acknowledge this.
Cam then told me I was only allowed to purchase one item before I would have to leave. My boyfriend, who was with me, located the lipstick I was planning to buy, and as I went to make the purchase, Cam continued to follow us closely throughout the store. She also filmed us during this time, which felt intimidating and harassing.
The entire encounter made me feel targeted and uncomfortable, especially since I was simply exercising my rights as someone with a service dog. Cam's actions—following us and filming—only made the situation worse. It felt as though she was intentionally trying to intimidate me for standing up for my legal rights.
In the end, I was only able to purchase the one item I needed, which totaled $23. However, the experience left me shaken and deeply disappointed. To make matters worse, Cam refused to provide any further information about the store or her name when I asked for clarification. Although I was eventually able to confirm her name as Cam, the entire experience was distressing.
I have video footage of the incident showing Cam following and filming us, as well as a receipt for my purchase. This situation not only violates my rights under the ADA, but it also reflects a serious lack of understanding and proper training by Kohl's staff regarding the handling of customers with disabilities.
I hope that by submitting this report, Kohl's takes this matter seriously and implements proper training for their staff to ensure ADA compliance. No customer should have to experience harassment or discrimination when they are following the law, and I hope to prevent future customers from going through a similar experience at this location or any other Kohl's store.
This incident has already caused me significant emotional distress, and I expect Kohl's to address the situation appropriately. It is crucial that businesses like Kohl's understand the importance of adhering to ADA laws and ensuring that their staff treats all customers with the respect they deserve.
Hi,
Its very bad experience with purchasing. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes the same size and on of them was too small. I had a return it, but company did not offer prepaid label, so I had to pay muly own money for this return. Refund will be issued only during next 30 days (company will use my money for business purposes for this time). Customer service is pretty bad and can't get any help from them spending almost 1 hour in the chat. I would definitely recommend not doing any purchases here, they don't care about customers.
I did an online purchase of $210 but the online receipt I received shows the price as $0.00, which is ridiculous enough. However, even more ridiculous thing is when I called their customer center for issuing me corrected receipt, they said it is not possible. I don't understand how come you operate a business if you can't produce a receipt correctly which is the very basic part of trade!
The customer support people talk like robots, awful experience!
Came into store to purchase items for my wife and was accosted by three police officers telling me lost prevention assumed I was going to steal was questioned and told not to steal very embarrassed and disturbed by the incident. Sad to see you can't go purchase items for your loved ones. Sad to see we as a people still get profiled for no apparent reason. Due to the incident I will never spend another hard earned dollar of mine with this establishment.
I'm a loyal Kohl's customer. Had a problem today both of my packages were marked as delivered but never found them. I went through several representatives and a supervisor for the only solution that would be dispute one of my transactions and for the other item wait for a refund that can take up thirty days! I'm cancelling my Kohl's credit card and everything today. I won't be purchasing anything from Kohl's again. Poor customer service and etc.
Kohl's delivery service is an absolute disaster. Not only did my order arrive late, but it was missing items and contained items I didn't even order. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Kohl's, you've lost a loyal customer due to your unreliable delivery practices.
On Dec 13,2023 a hacker hacked my kohls account and placed an order for 2 google nest cameras. I called within a few hours of the order because it was placed while I was at work and unable to be on my phone so I did not see the order right away.
They said they could not cancel the order because it was being processed even though the order had not left the facility yet. I was also informed that it would take up to 60 days for the investigation complete.
Kohl's handling of customer problems and account information is seriously lacking. They do not protect their customer's information in a proper manner. They need to add two-factor authentication and requests for changing personal information should have a fail safe.
I am extremely angry over the situation and will be closing my account with Koh's once this fiasco is over.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
Answer: Yes. See the back of your receipt. It says you can return items anytime for any reason.
