After several bad experiences with shipments to the Russian Federation on my own, I decided to try BedaBox. It was affordable, convenient, and the package arrived on time without any damage. BedaBox will be my first choice for all future international shipments now. This is a great service!
While working with ShipMonk, we received numerous reports of wrong orders which inevitably drove our customer return into the ground. Customer support was impossible to get through to and sometimes took months to solve issues.
I've included (censored) images of one major complication we had (Note the month difference from problem to solution). The customer ordered 2 items and received over $500 worth of products instead.
I used the personal shopper service to ship buy an exclusive product from the USA, and the entire process was a very pleasant experience. The customer support provided by Bedabox would place in the top few places out of all the services I've used, being very quick, helpful and friendly in response.
Where there were problems or other options in payment or shipping, I was contacted and provided with full details so I knew the situation the whole way through.
I definitely would recommend this to anyone interested in getting products from the US that you can't get elsewhere.
The worst of the worst, and I have been in CPG industry for 25+ years. Have never seen any warehouse service providers with worse service. Everything leaked. No fillers in the box. They deny everything even though we have all photos and videos. And they overcharge by sneaking unknown charges to their bills, EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is a sham!

I had 2 orders from Amazon and needed to ship them to Sydney, Australia. BedaBox did great job, received my parcels, consolidated them into one package and sent it to the destination address. What I liked particularly - is that they follow up on every detail and whenever I had questions, they were quick to response and ready to help.
Will definitely keep using BedaBox services and will recommend to others.

In the past buying from American was a dream impossible and when I wanted something from American my friends were unhappy to carry it for me; which in turn it made me unhappy too. Then one day I come across this company, and since then shopping from American is just part of my life. Shipping using DHL is just cheap which makes the bedabox great! Try it and you will see what I mean.

I had some doubts about trusting Bedabox at the beginning but after I spoke to Sabina in customer service, I decided to use them. I am glad I did. They shipped quickly and the rate was friendly. I will use them again.

However if you wish to consolidate more packages it is free up to 2 parcels and for any additional one we charge $2. Also if you wish to repack your goods, meaning take out all unnecessary papers and boxes, for this service we charge $5.

As far as the box size goes - if we are doing consolidation, we will repack it into the smallest box possible. Othewise, it just ships in whatever it comes in.
