PLEASE READ MY REVIEW 'TWICE' BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM(Scam business, fraudsters!)

My First experience went smooth bedabox hence I decided to use bedabox again and I must say this time I regret using bedabox. I had ordered a parcel from amazon and it was shipped to my suite number at bedabox address. But Team bedabox outright refuse that they have received any parcel in my name. It was delivered through UPS. Now as everyone know people at UPS are professionals even then I confirmed the delivery status by calling because I was requested to do so by bedabox. But bedabox is adamant that they have not received the parcel. Even amazon customer care cross checked with UPS and even they said to me that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address. What a scam company! When I try to Call bedabox am getting automated replies. What the heck! It's been more than 13 Days now and there is no reply from bedabox team regarding the same(I had raised this issue with their customer care 13 days ago) I'm frustrated as to how am being treated. When I emailed Jan Bednar CEO of bedabox, he assured me that he will have someone look into the matter but till date no one has nd even the CEO has not followed up/updated me on my case... What am I supposed to do. One guy named Kenneth from bedabox tell me that UPS has delivered my parcel to wrong address, it was mistake on their part and has opened an investigation regarding the same with them. Really? Dude you have opened an investigation with them without my consent or taking me into consideration? Do UPS allow someone else on behalf of their customers to open an investigation? ALL LIES AND RUBBISH TALK. To me it looks like someone from bedabox has stolen the parcel. 13 days ago I was asked to share the Tracking No. Of the parcel. I shared the same. Same day again and again, atleast 5 times in different mails exchanged I was asked to share Tracking No. Of the parcel. What a pathetic customer service you guys have. My Parcel was delivered on March 8th 2017. Below is the copy of the mail that I received from bedabox-

Hello there Shrikrishna

I am currently on the phone with UPS. They never put the investigation when they told me they did. They just opened it now. I told them the contents was shoes valued over $100. If you call UPS and reference the tracking number they can see the notes. I do not know why the first person lied to me and told me they started it and didnt. I am working on this issue. The address they sent it to is not associated with us and I do not know why it was shipped there. The address is 2112 South Cypress Bend Drive, Pompano Beach, FL *******. I will keep you up to date as much as possible. They informed me it can take upto 8 days.

Now should anyone trust you guys and do business with you? I've given enough proofs through mails exchanged that my parcel is with your team. But it seems you guys are hell bent upon rejecting the same idea for your own selfish reasons. You do not even deserve One star. I would have given your business negative star but sadly there is no such rating available.
