It is extremely disappointing that there isn't a local number available, therefore, I had to upgrade to a toll free number.

I was told, I cannot try again without giving up my current number.

This has caused a hault in my business and I will be discontinuing my services soon.

We are sorry for the issues you described.

Our Office Plans provide you with a fax line and a phone number. Depending on the plan that you select, you can even choose a toll-free number. While you cannot select the exact number that you are provided with, you will be provided with options narrowed down by state, area code, or zip code. Depending on the filter that you choose, phone numbers that we can provide may have limited availability.

You are always able to add additional phone lines to your plan for an additional fee.

I was disappointed to find out that my local pickup location charges $1.00 per letter. That made me sad that I missed that in the details when signing up. But everything else is working fine and great.

Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. Details on pickup fees are available by each address listing on our Locations page.

You always have the option to move your digital mailbox to another iPostal1 address, where you are only charged to pick up packages, not letters. We can make this simple and fast.

I've not had any issues with iPostal1

I've not had any issues with iPostal1. I sent out mailings a few weeks ago and when one of the mailers was sent back due to the property being vacant, I was immediately notified. Overall, a great experience so far.

IPostal1 has to date met my specific needs, and put up with and executed my odd requirements just as I had requested. The response time was reasonable and the consolidating and shipping of my packages was carried out without a glitch. IPostal1's client portal is easy to use and provides an effective way self-manage packages and letters - at a reasonable price. Last but not least, the staff at my iPostal1 address has been helpful, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend iPostal1.

I recently switched to your service and I am very pleased. The other company raised my rates twice in seven months and I had to call myself to check the status of recent mail and then pick it up myself. This is a much more convenient platform. Thank you.

Everything is working as expected. We've received everything that was sent there. My only issue so far is that I don't understand the service level for inputting the item into the iPostal1 system after it arrives. For example, I can see that an item is delivered via UPS, FedEx, etc. but it doesn't show up in iPostal1 consistently that day, a day later or three days later.

When I set up for iPostal, the experience was not friendly or simple. The notary was very friendly, helpful and patient as I tried many times to get my documents submitted. Were required to be sent virtually instantly only. This made the process a bit discouraging having to take several pictures of my documents before getting approval. Other than that, everything is fine.

Very expensive!

Very expensive! Would greatly help to lower prices and streamline the signup process which is extremely tedious & frustrating, with needless glitches such as having to pay online notary x2 due to "technical errors"--very inefficient, and again, very costly service and fees...

Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.

Please keep in mind that at most locations the monthly mailbox fee is only $9.99. You would pay twice as much for PO Box, which does not come with the convenience of digital mailbox service, so this really is a great value and a tremendous convenience.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Most of our customers find this process to be fast and easy.

As stated on our FAQs page, some mail centers are able to approve your 1583 form in-store, removing the need for a notary; however, if they do not, you are asked to use an online notary service to get your form notarized, for which you are charged a fee of $25. The use of the online notary helps to protect both you and your mail center from fraud.

My experience has been okay so far

My experience has been okay so far. I wasn't thrilled to be overcharged for my virtual Notary service or that the opening of my box was needlessly held up waiting for a form from my husband, but other than that, no problems that I'm currently aware of.

I received a very important letter, that had to be mailed to me while I was in Europe.
I did not have any idea of how to do it from my computer. I called customer support and a very professional, patient and efficient agent helped me do it in about 15 minutes.
I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend iPostal1 to anyone who has a need for this type of service.
