I live 1/2 time in 1 state and 1/2 time in another(Illinois and Wi) my ID shows my Wi address. How will that work if I want my po box in illinois

Thanks for reaching out. You can pick any location for your mailbox, regardless of where you live. Please make sure that the address on your ID matches the home address you put on your Form 1583.
