Ordered based I was initially sent the wrong items, they were sent back as required and then I promptly received the items I ordered the second time around.on my mechanics recommendation and lifetime warranty
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about the accuracy of the item (ECM plug and play deal) given I have had bad experiences in the past, although, I have to say my experience has been no less than impressive, indeed plug and play, car started right up. Definitely, I would buy from them again and certainly recommend this company to other customers.
I installed new ecm and it didn't make me relean the key it just started right up. Idle is about 300rpm to high and now 2 weeks after install I got stranded on the side of the road. Scanner says ecu can't read keys. And it won't let me reprogram my key. Have to go back to old ecm

Product was used and painted. Tabs were broken off. Was able to get the unit connected but was very difficult.
Update: Ended up sending the unit back for replacement. Took a couple weeks for the exchange but the pcm works great!
I was having problem with engine stalling intermittently. Refurbished ECM from Flagship One worked perfectly out of the box and car if running fine so far. I have been struggling to fix this problem for the past 4 months.
My business has used Flagship many times and have been happy with the products.
Last time there was a 3 week delay! Hard to keep customers happy when I have to tell them tomorrow for weeks!
I ordered an ECM for 2002 Dodge Dakota. I was a little skeptical ordering online and everything seemed too simple to be true. It truly was a seamless experience. It was easy to install and has worked perfect! I really liked that you know what is happening during the process, you know when they have received your order, when it's being programmed and when it has shipped. Customer service is great! My particular situation was unfortunately not the best. The PCM came protected well however it was slower to get than originally told. After getting the part I did have to program the computer due to the VIN being entered incorrectly. Overall was not a bad experience, just an annoying one. If you do not have a scan tool that can program I highly recommend double checking the VIN and making it clear as possible.
I bought a computer for a 1990 ford. Which was a first year. Fuel injection motor, i believe. Flagship is very professional in what they do. I strongly admire there work. My truck runs like it rolled off showroom floor. Thank flagship!
