Ordering a linear for my new SUV

1 it confusing that Husky and Realtruck are the same.
2 After finding what I wanted I couldn't complete my purchase on line.
3 if I hadn't called the help number cause chat line didn't work. I would have ordered competitors product at a higher price.

Getting a tax exempt set up

Santana was extremely helpful in getting my order set up as tax exempt, and actually went above and beyond and set me up a customer account. As the head of the fleet department in my agency, this will be extremely helpful in making purchases down the road. Thank you!

I thought the product I bought would be more of a carpet, instead it's more foam. My son has a liner in his truck and it's carpet. I don't know the brand
I would not have bought this if I knew it was 90% foam, I'm concerned of its durability.

Great Site and Great Customer Service

I have recently purchased a few things from Real Truck. A tonneau cover and a back rack system. Also for my previous Chevy Colorado I purchased a back rack and a cover from Real Truck. The site is very easy to use very easy to navigate with all the info easily available. Also, when calling customer service, they were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. They also do a great job following up to your support requests. I highly recommend doing business with RealTtruck for all your truck accessories

Cancel order

As of today I had to cancel my order for my gator Tono cover because I could not get an answer from support as to when my order would be shipped or when I would receive it. I am very disappointed in Real Truck.

This was my second purchase for a folding bed cover. Selling my Super-duty for a F-150 as my kids are growing up. I called and spoke with Joshua and I'll have to say he was the nicest and most down to earth person I've talked to in a long time. I had such a great experience the first time that I decided to come back. So glad I did! Ordered yesterday afternoon and this morning I received an email advising it's shipped with a tracking number. Great service and I highly recommend anyone looking for a bed cover to come here Vs a third party vendor.

I made an order that was incorrect. My fault. Upon receiving email confirmation or the error I immediately tried to contact support. I was on hold for hours and eventually a recording said you were closed. I also did chat and left email to info you of the error. No one check my response and therefore the item was shipped. No I have to deal with get the item sent back to your company and reordering the correct item. The shipment should have been stopped before it got on a truck.
