I came after a long day and flight
Got there at 10:45 pm
And 60 people were at the lobby already waiting for their rooms for hours they had problems with room cleaning and they said it will take 1 hour
Well...
I got my room at 2 am
Then the carpet was all wet and the fire alarm was beeping every 30 second
Which took them to fix it after 30 min
I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was clean and smelled great! The only thing I would make a suggestion on is to have the floors fixed a little as I felt like when I was walking I feel like the 1st floor was able to hear my steps. I found that odd! Everything else was amazing!
Roach motel dark dinghy the whole room was very old. All the medal was rusty throughout room the bathroom sink only came out cold water couldn't shave had to use bathtub. Facet in the sink was broken mirror was pitted. The only reason I went there was the name BEST WESTERN this experience turned me off to them. I asked them for my money back they said no pre paid to BookingBargains? All the other sites said pay when you get there.
Front desk very pleasant when I called requesting a downstairs room near pool. Upon arrival hours later was also very pleasant. Breakfast was great; everything from oatmeal, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, sausages, waffles, breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk.
Pretty straight forward and easy to use. I accidentally booked same reservation for same nite and they charged $68 in added on fees, which would have been almost as if I never tried to get a deal! This website was much more reasonable. And they stated up front what their add ins were. Much appreciated!
Price was raised $20 at the last second, which I paid for, and then it was lowered a few hours later, once I had already made a non-refundable booking. Unfortunate, but I still saved money over other big name sites!
The service is excellent, fast, best price 100 %. Everything went smooth and I compared prices and this site got me the lowest price.Confirmation email sent right away, very impressive! I will use again for sure!

Very easy to use, got a great bargain that no other websites were offering. I wish I was aware the price was before tax before going to make payment but it was still loads cheaper than anywhere else and I had zero issues with my stay
Quick and easy, good service. The search provided various hotel choices in the town I was interested in staying over. They were clearly ranked by price and availability. It took me five minutes to complete the booking.
Quick and convenient booking option. Found the room & location with a savings lower than other sites with the same room listing. 1st time using this site, and I will reference it in the future. Make sure to not sign up for not selling you information with cookies and email blocker.
