Not a fan of my experience with viralstyle. I ordered a custom designed tshirt but it came with a blurry image and bad stitching. The fabric felt thin and uncomfortable. I reached out to customer support but after a week of waiting i gave up. Honestly not worth the hassle.

I thought i'd give viralstyle a shot since they offer some cool designs but it turned out to be a huge disappointment! The order took forever to ship and when it finally arrived the shirt was a size too small even though i ordered correctly. Customer service was unresponsive and I ended up stuck with an item i couldn't use

Viralstyle is the WORST! I am very very disappointed with this shop! I ordered custom tees for my client weeks ago but still got nothing. Emails are unanswered and their phone numbers are dead. Now my deadline is CRUNCHED! I will never using them again! Don't waste you time and energy!

While the platform is user friendly and so easy to use, I have encountered issues with delayed shipments and inconsistent print quality. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the products which has affected my brand's reputation.

I ordered a couple of shirts from Viral Style and I'm not impressed. One of the shirts came with a wrong design and getting in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. Emails went unanswered and I had to go through multiple follow-ups just to get a response.

I ordered from viral style for a special occassion and it was a total letdown. The design looked amazing online but what I got did not even match the mock up. The fabric was scratchy too. I tried to reach out for a return but I never heard back. Definitly not a reliable company

I ordered two items for a concert tonight nearly three weeks ago, and still hasn't arrived. According to USPS, delivery will be tomorrow on one piece and Monday on the other. I've literally received items from China in less time. Don't bother.

The print quality on one of the shirts I bought here wasn't great and their customer service took a while to respond. I think there are better platforms out there for custom merch.

I bought a custom shirt from viralstyle and i have to say its a decent platform but its not perfect. The interface is user friendly whick i liked but there were some delays with printing and shipping. The shirt looks just like the design but the material wasn't as high-quality as i expected for the price

This shirt is absolutely awful. The graphics are terrible on the peace sign and the Chiefs logo. There are parts on the design where the color is missing and it hasn't even been worn yet. Terrible quality.

Wondering how many folks have gone through this problem? I contacted ViralStyle and there's nothing they can do because the address was correct. I contacted USPS and they, too, cannot validate that it was actually delivered into my personal mailbox. There are several boxes that open with a large door, but the box could have been placed in any nearby adjoining box. I've contacted PayPal and they're now following up. Wish me luck! Out $39 total!

I paid $30 for an item that looks like it came out of a bubble gum machine. What a sucker!

Ordered this item for my daughter on Dec 1st. Finally received today on 12-24. Fortunately it arrived on Xmas Eve only problem is the pendant is defective and after waiting 3 weeks this completely sucks. The embedded message is in the form of a sticker not even engraved and looks really cheap. The biggest issue is the "sticker" message is not even aligned properly cutting off all the letters on the right side. I'm embarrassed to even give this to here it looks so cheap. I can't believe I actually paid $30 for this. It looked so much nicer in the pictures, very misleading to say the least! Quality control on this product was obviously non-existent. If this were an Amazon order I would surely give my 10 cents worth in the form of some feedback. Anyways you've been warned, be careful they sell cheap products form China and don't even check the quality of the items before shipping out to customers!

I was very excited to find this shirt with all the dice outlined in a vibrant rainbow of colors. I expected them to really pop on the black background. But the real shirt has far more muted colors that are not true to the advertising picture. Very disappointing.

Update: I communicated with customer service, and was assured my photo displayed a sub-par product. The rep offered to send another shirt, that would supposedly reflect the advertised product. I naively agreed. The replacement arrived today. It is identical to the shirt I complained about. I will be asking for a refund.
