Bought a high strength flag from them first one ripped in a day and they replaced it. The 2nd one didn't take long and it also ripped. They told me send them back for a refund. Upon sending them back I went to Walmart and bought a anin high strength flag and put it up. They received them and looked over them and told me they wouldn't refund my money because it was my pole. Checked the pole it is smoother than a baby's $#*!. Funny thing is the Walmart flag has yet to RIP and it was cheaper. So do yourself a favor go to Walmart the flags are cheaper and last longer.
