Good deals on books for college. When you have questions some customer service reach out promptly via email. Other times I have gotten confused by responses, but I usually recieve what I need.
Ordered a book advertised his brand new and when I received it, I had permanent marker on it and the CD that should've been in the back of the book was missing. It was also scuffed and dented. The company had shrink wrapped it though, to pretend that it was brand new. This is unlawful and many other reviews are saying the same thing that is why I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. They simply refunded me three dollars when I requested a return label.
Being able to purchase the books I need and a cheaper price has never been easier. I always find good deals on here. I do wish the books can get to me a little faster than the options I am given but for the price I can accept it.
