Everything went fine, but I was using a pre-paid credit card and it would not let me only pay the shipping to try for 14 days. Not a big deal, but a bit difficult to navigate the numerous attempts to "upsell" with offering another bottle or to autoship. I hope I love the product :)
I don't kn why a moisturizer was added to my order and the money was cut from my card without my knowledge am not happy and that and I want that order for moisturizer cancelled I have been trying to cancel I cant please get back to me for that

My first order was delayed for over 2 weeks. When Melissa sent an email to check in with any feedback, I told her that I haven't received my order yet. She was so prompt about replacing my lost order and less than a week, my order arrived! The parcel was incomplete with what I ordered and today the rest of my order arrived. It's only been a week since I started and I haven't noticed anything different yet, which is understandable. That's why they want you to try their product for a month anyway! I am hoping that by my fourth week, I will be able to see some improvement!

From ordering to follow up, this company really goes all out for their clients. I never believe celebrity endorsed anything, but this product is exceptional, and you can not go wrong with their customer care.

I am not a fan of immediately answering questions about myself. I would rather be able to browse shop and products. Also while completing my purchase being asked 4 different times to buy more products is highly annoying as well.
I accidentally preferred 2 products instead of 1 because the post-purchase screen is misleading. To get out of the screen I think I clicked "claim 20% off". This charged my credit immediately for a second product. This should not happen. I haven't received or tried the product yet but depending on how quick the refund comes, it's unlikely I will re-order or subscribe.
Just finished my 1st bottle & skin is much brighter. My forehead seems smoother. At 53, I can use all the help I can get. Side note: taking this I haven't gotten a cold this season not sure if the vitamin C has helped keep the germs away!

I haven't used the product yet, so I can't tell you about the product. The website does get confusing as it shoves in your face the same product on duplicate pages over and over... not streamlined, but more shove shove shove shove. I'm looking forward to trying it and bought several products. The website also states that a receipt for purchase will be sent to my email... I'm certainly getting a plethora of other emails, but never received the receipt for my order.
I am very frustrated with spoiled child. My first order I approved 1 order for $95. When I looked at my credit card there were 5 more orders totally $200+. There is not a support number to call. I am just expected to wait for an email at there convenience to get this matter resolved. Very frustrating. Not sure this is the right company for me due to trust issues with their website and lack of support to correct their errors.
This was my first time ordering from Spoiled Child and I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service. I received personal emails regarding my order and delivery. When my delivery was delayed, through no fault of their own, they sent me a coupon code for future use. I love the products I ordered and will absolutely be a repeat customer.
