Hepsi Burada

The sound system I got from Hepsiburada was different and much worse. I sent it back 'they said '' they can not accept it because the package opened '' I ask you how can i test it without opening the package? Then The product did not come back, my 200 lira has gone to waste. Don't use it is a very bad site

İ bought a table from them they updated as delivered while the cargo UPS returned to the seller and till now i cant find any customer service support agent who can understand English..

Avoid Hepsiburada if you want a good service! Terrible company.
If I could give the company a zero I would do.
People here giving this company a high rating most probably work for the company, ie fake reviews. This is the kind of company Hepsiburada is, fake.
If you get your item on time, then great. But Hepsiburada cannot take the credit for this as they are only the website advertising the goods. The company supplying the goods should get a good review, not Hepsiburada.
However, when something goes wrong, which can happen with online sales, who will sort the problem out? Don't bother looking at Hepsiburada as their customer service is non existent. Poorly trained, rude and offering threats rather than solutions.
People who compare this company to Amazon have no idea how good the customer service at Amazon is, and it is like comparing a Tofaş car to a Porsche. Not in the same league.
I suggest using Amazon.com.tr., N11 or GittiGidiyor which offer a far better service.
In my opinion, avoid Hepsiburada if you want a good service.

Worst online shopping site I've ever seen in my life I ordered 3 times All 3 were canceled because they could not be supplied If the product is not in supply, why is it for sale?

I have been a loyal customer to hepsiburda now for the past 5 years. I make most of my purchases on their platform. Today, I faced pure racism with their policy, related to a purchase, and I would like their executives to know of this.
I tried to make a purchase on hepsiburada for a tablet priced at 5,025 tl. Upon completion of the purchase, and on the last step, I was asked to verify my identity to continue. I made many efforts to enter the information as requested, but it kept failing. I was told that I had a limit of 1,250TL to make a purchase, otherwise, I needed to be a Turkish citizen! I am sorry, but I have yet to be treated with such racism from a private company who claims to be the "Amazon of Turkey"! If I have the money to purchase an item, why would it matter to be a local citizen?!
Why don't other local online marketplaces, such as n11 and Trendyol have such policy?
I am definitely not making an purchases on Hepsiburada and I will further make sure to write this complaint on every online review website on google! This is NOT the way to treat customers!

Buradan daha ucuz fiyata bulabileceğiniz ve güvenilir siteler var. Ama hepsiburada nın güvenilirlik alanında yanına yaklaşamazlar. Hem kendi sattığı ürünlerde, hemde iş ortağı dükkanların sattığı ürünlerde, geri iade ve ücret iadesi konusunda kesinlikle çok iyi.
Ürün çeşitliliği çok fazla.
Fiyatlar biraz aldatıcı %40 indirimle 300 liraya düşmüş bir ürün, başka bir sitede 280 lira, üstelik o sitede indirim var falan da demiyor. Ama fiyatlar için pahalı diyemem, online satış piyasası ortalamasında, kesinlikle daha ucuzları var ama hepsiburada kadar güven vermiyorlar.
