I have been using Softorino products for a long time and I can say that the campaign has three great advantages:
1) All applications are very simple.
2) All the applications are in one place.
3) I bought an annual subscription in which two new applications appeared during the year, and the subscription price did not change.

Satisfied.

I love this program when it works. I have had issues getting it to stay running. Every time itunes updates it for some reason does not load but tries to install the apple drivers and requires a reboot. Then it enters a loop of installing and rebooting and never loads. I reach out to support and they are slow to help and can't seem to get this working. I am currently waiting to get it working again. I have tried to install it with or without windows to no avail.

License not a license

I paid for a new Softorino YouTube converter license, downloaded and installed the program, but the license I received in the mail didn't work. So I called support and got a message that someone would get back to me. So I went online to find an answer to my problem. I requested another license. That did t work either. Finally, logged in and went to a different page, requested another license and that one worked. Not very helpful support, lots of wasted energy.

The product worked fine until they broke it over 5 months ago. Cover art for any music transferred using Waltr Pro wasn't transferred and your device shows artwork already downloaded for other titles at random. At the same time they changed the software to nag you every single time you start it to buy their other products. When contacting support I was told this was a "known problem" and to keep checking for a new release that would fix it. Six months on and there has been NO new release and all they can do is repeat the advice to keep checking for a new release. The software is useless until this is fixed and yet it's clearly not a priority. I want my money back as the software is not fit for purpose.

Waltr2 is garbage. It will stop working after 30 days and they won't refund your money. This product is dependent on iTunes and stops working after apple does updates. You can't use it till they send out an update, which they don't tell you. Will refuse your refund and your stuck with the garbage of still having to deal with iTunes. Dishonest company. Don't waste your money.

Hi Tonya. We're very sorry to hear that you've had such an experience. We strive to be the most honest company. And we never cheat our customers. The latest release of iTunes from Apple had some changes that we've fixed now. And the latest update for WALTR 2 has this fix. I assume the support team offered you an alternative solution while the dev team was preparing the update — and this alternative solution was to install an older version of iTunes. That older version of iTunes had mobile drivers that allowed WALTR 2 to read your device properly. You would not have to deal with iTunes at all. Simply install it to make sure the iOS device drivers are there. In any case, please give us another chance. We'd love to fix this — whether it's to find a way to provide you with a refund or help you get WALTR 2 to work smoothly as promised. You can contact Josh.

Deceptive advertising, they don't mention their products (Per their Support Person Stacy) does not work well or at all with the 2018 Apple Products, including iPhone XR, XS, XS-Max or iPad Pro 2018 3rd Gen 11" & 12.9". That being said, they are not sure when it will work, soon... is the answer I got. When a company starts with a lie, the trust is gone.

I have been trying to buy their product for over a week now but had a few questions which I sent by email to their nominated email address; no response

If that's how they are when I'm trying to give them money, I can't imagine how bad they would be like once they've already got my money
