I have always received great products from Smallwoods. Customer service was needed my last order due to FedEx ruining my print. Smallwoods Customer Service was quick responding and very helpful. They shipped me a replacement quickly. Everyone was very nice and very helpful!
I really love the products I get from you guys. I would have given 5 stars but I feel the packaging and boxing was a little off this time. Nothing was damaged but the frames were all just stacked on top of each other with a few band straps on them. That might have been good if one of them wasnt bigger than the others. I think bubble wrap or foam or something between them would have been better the 8 smaller pieces were just flopping around in the box. Like I said ther didn't get damaged this time but definitely could have from being poorly packaged.
I used a photo off my iPhone 15 of my grand pup, a Siberian Husky, without any cropping or editing to it and it came out perfect. It is a Christmas gift for our son. I purchased a black framed 20x30 of just her face. He's going to love it! Actually have to say I am pretty proud of myself at being able to do that at age 65 without our son's help!

I've made multiple orders and they have always been great! My most recent order had a print that wasn't very clear so they reached out to me about it and I was able to select another before it was sent to print. That is great customer service and just further proves why I keep coming back!
I love my Smallwoods frames. Was ordering refills. It was my fault for somehow ordering one photo in the wrong size. I noticed within minutes of ordering. Reached out to customer service and never heard back at all. Unfortunately a waste of a print as I don't have the correct size frame. Was just trying to reach out and change print size before they got it printed and shipped.
Beautiful pictures, the qulaity is very nice, although when printed, it turned out much darker than what was shown on the computer. Also the website has a lot of glitches, sometimes I was unable to select images, had trouble with images not loading and uploaded images not showing up. Having an option to go straight to the gallery on the main page would also be really helpful.
Website is very easy to use! Was able to upload my photo no problem. I got the biggest size (44" x 22") & was worried about picture quality since I was blowing it up so large, but it still looks fantastic!
The first time I ordered I did not see there was an extra option for the plexiglass. So I had to reorder my picture. However, customer service was excellent. Just make sure to look at ALL options.
I had two blurry photos and they reached out to correct the photos before printing. They worked with me to improve my prints, thank you.

It's so easy to go online and order my pictures to printed and framed. They arrive quickly and in amazing quality. This is my second time ordering prints and have been recommending Smallwood to everyone since my first purchase!
I submitted my order on 9/1, and received an email on 9/8 that said my order is "on hold" and to respond to the email to find out why. Ie: " We are reaching out to you today to let you know that our quality assurance team has placed your order on hold. We would love to get this order issue resolved for you as quickly as possible so that we can resume production! Would you mind replying to this email to discuss this further?"

It would have been helpful for them to describe the problem right away for faster service. I'm also not sure why it took them 8 whole days to tell me my photos never even uploaded in the first place? Now I haven't received the items yet, I may love them so I can come back and fix this review

Answer: They are terrible they don't care to help would rather tell you it's your fault. Don't even try to help you re order or fix anything could careless they will make more money just telling you no and hoping others order at their high prices and I would have cont. To order as I was very happy but now paying$190 for something that don't even care is wrong ya right. Just don't order from them in beginning and you will be fine! Heck Walmart has better customer service! Good luck!
