Your '´claim spécial services ´´ agent is super qualified. She solve one of the issues caused by the errors of the original agent with whom we worked. The others issues could not be solved because the agent is not with Skylux and the Class of our tickets it would cost Skylux $$$ to cancel Economy ticket and offered us business upgrade.
