Arangrant is a great place to shop for flight deals and especially business class fares. I was looking for a return ticket business class fares from India to the US to travel with my mother and found the agency to be very helpful and responsive. They assigned me with a dedicated travel consultant who was able to understand my needs and provide me the best quotes. After the first leg of travel was completed, they continued to liaise with me and provide support as I had an ongoing issue with the airline.
I do have one question which Cordelia said she would ask; I haven't heard back, perhaps she hasn't had time to ask. I made reservations through Arangrant for my daughter and granddaughter to fly from Tampa to Seattle and back, and I forgot to apply the vouchers I had received for purchasing tickets from Seattle to Osaka and back. I asked Cordelia to ask if these two $50 vouchers could be applied and I get a refund of $100. This in no way is Cordelia's fault, she has been an excellent helper.

Found about this service while using Kayak. Since I had already made my booking before they reached out to me, they were of little help on this particular trip, but a service worth using when making future bookings. They seem dedicated to helping the customer, but are lacking in some aspects in the follow-up service. I reached out 3 times before someone helped me on my booking concerning seat assignments. The first 2 attempts I was told they would get back with me and they never did. The third time I was given a very eager CSR that helped even though it was not what I wanted but he was pleasant and tried to help.

Mail managed to work with me on getting best flight info and prices on a multi city trip to Athens, Venice and Phoenix. He has great access to reliable information and is able to summarize it well. He's always professional and helpful. I have already told him that I have four other trips planned for this year and then I will be back with him For help on all of those.

Start our trip to Goa tomorrow - so no proof yet that it will all go well. However, so far, working with Den has been a pleasure. I still think that working with a third party is still problematic when things go amiss, but we shall see!

I was leary about not buying direct from the airline, but everything went off without a hitch. You receive follow up after booking and before the flight. And, the booking reference showed up immediately on the airlines app, providing comfort.

I worked with Davin and he was great. We book with a large international carrier and got great business class seats at a good price. At the same time we paid our travel agent/carrier, a booking reference code showed up and we picked seats.
The only thing I would advocate for is "buy the travel insurance". Not the high priced one but the middle value one.
