Booking is perhaps among the simplest, as in not complicated. Verification process is a bit tedious, but that's a good thing because I don't want my information to be compromised.
Site is great, lots of deals for students and young adults, but I swear flights disappear, and are put back, sometimes more expensive, making extremely difficult to buy a flight and coordinate with others, even flights months away. In fact, I saw a flight through Icelandic air I wanted to get, but I was told there was a problem and I couldn't purchase it. I was then emailed that the flight was booked up which makes sense. I checked the next day and the flight was still there and 200 dollars more, and not available for round trips only one ways! Same flight number that I remember as well. Your flights disappear and reappear regardless of how many people are on the flight. If you didn't offer amazing deals I would go down to 2 or even 1 star. Overall great deals but a nightmare to coordinate and purchase flights.
Lots of confusion with verification process and delay in doing so. Customer service is friendly. Rico is extremely helpful with timely replies.
The promotion was worth it but takes a long time; I recommend you email them when you have a question, the chat does not work.

This was the first time I booked my flights with scholarTrip. My overall booking experience I've felt their booking process looked secured and professional to me. I'll certainly go back to book with them in the future trips.
HAD TO WORK THRU THE PROCESS, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD TO CALL TO GET MY FLIGHT LISTED ON AIRLINES WEB SITE. Good price!
Some delay in processing, but my registration was ultimately processed correctly. There were apparently no options for seat type (economy, premium economy/business, etc), number of bags, or even to select a seat so the assumption is that you will be flying on a budget. The confirmation e-mail DOES include the airline's confirmation number so you can set your seat on the airline's system directly.
I booked my flight a couple hours ago but for some reason my reservation is still listed as 'pending'. When can I expect to receive my ticket confirmation from the airlines? When can I select my seats? Why is none of this part of the booking process? Why does the chat window refuse to load?

Flights and promo codes that reflect available, aren't always available. After 3 attempts, I was finally able to secure a reservation. But this time, the promo code would not work. Support was no help as they state the code was for limited redemption even though the terms listed on website do not mention it.
