After 4 months of ordering a big order from Saffire Blue Inc, I still have not received my supplies. I sent so many emails and called so many times to talk to someone, but nobody responds. I even wonder if this is an actual business. I get confirmations my messages were received but no replies and when I call during business hours, nobody answers or returns calls. I am currently out a lot of money and with no supplies. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.
Saffire Blue takes orders stating that they have the items in stock. Once you pay for your order, the items are suddenly in awaiting stock. Then they start avoiding all your calls and messages. I'm still waiting for my order, and have no idea of how long it will take to receive it. I would appreciate a better costumer service.
I ordered soap-making and hand-cream making supplies. Every thing came, just as described, and pretty quickly, too. The shipping fees were fair. All in all, a great shopping experience.
This company is ripping Canadians off. It is not a real company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They do not have the product, they will not ship your order, they will not refund you. We placed an order almost a month ago, and still have not received it. Talking to "Customer service" is useless. They will not REFUND Your money even if they don't have the product and they haven't shipped it. They have a "no refund" policy which is ILLEGAL when you aren't shipping orders.
The Better Business Bureau has an alert out about them, and I highly recommend filing a complaint with the Competition Bureau of Canada which we will be doing as well.
They have changed their address now to Brampton but still the same crap others have complained about.

They will NOT refund you, they ONLY offer store credit!
AND will charge you a 20% restocking fee! Even if they never shipped your items.
Don't wait for a refund, start a 'charge back' with your credit card company.

Placed my first/only order with this company. (Around $400)
December 12th, 2023
Received an email that I had selected free shipping when I wasn't supposed to.
I owed them $64! In shipping due to "bulk items"!?!
Nowhere in item descriptions or shipping information does it describe what a bulk item is, only that it's not included in free shipping.
December 13th, 2023
I called DEC 13TH, as soon as I saw the email. They did not answer so I left a detailed message with my name, number and email address and asked them to cancel my order right away if they were sticking with the $64 shipping price.
No-one returned my call, I assumed the order had been canceled.
January 3rd,2024
Saffire Blue emailed me again, no acknowledgement of my phone call, and they tell me I have to pay the shipping fee which is only valid for 5 days.
January 5th, 2024
They emailed again to say I needed to pay the shipping fee immediately and that they will no longer honor the price of the coconut oil I had purchased, boosting the price from $90 to more than $150!
I returned an email stating the shipping fee is ridiculous and asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card immediately.
They refused to refund my card! Told me to read the website policy page.
They told me I had to accept 'store credit' and that they would be keeping a 20% of my order that was never shipped as a "restocking fee"!
I offered multiple opportunities via emails to refund my card, they refused every time.
I was forced to do a charge back with my credit card company.
That was finalized in mid February, I won the case.
