This was my 1st time ordering from this company. I got ripped off by $40 while trying to return a pair of pants and get a replacement size. I waited 25 minutes on the phone for them to figure this out... Never again!

It is already 7 weeks since I placed an international order on their website. I still haven't received my package yet although they charged me on the day I placed the order. I am calling them every other day, they keep on telling me I should receive my package. But the package is lost. The international shipment company has no tracking available and although I wish to have my money back, Rag & Bone doesn't refund me. Service is so poor and inefficient. Do not place any international order, you will lose your money!

Received Worn boots for $420.75!

To my dismay, the boots were already worn and came in a package that was not up to the expected standards. The rag and bone bag containing the boots were covered in animal fur, and the shoes themselves had clear signs of wear and tear, including scuffs on the bottom and scratches.
I had hoped to receive a new pair of boots, but unfortunately, I was informed that you do not have any in stock at this time. Selling boots at a premium price and receiving something less than advertised is very disappointing. I will not be a returning customer!

I am a fan of R&B clothing, particularly their jeans. I usually buy their goods from Nordstrom, but have recently made a few purchases directly from the R&B website. On one order, the shoes I received were made of a very different finish of leather than was shown or described online, and I thought they were ghastly. I'd purchased them as final sale because they were at deep discount. I contacted R&B and they did take the shoes back, even paying for return shipping. On the next order, my jeans arrived in a beautiful gift box, but I was charged for that gift box and had not ordered it! They did refund my money for the box, but didn't apologize, which is annoying and a bit insulting. I mean... it was their mistake. I might stick with ordering their stuff from Nordstrom instead.

Ordered gifts for the holiday on the December 16. My card was charged December 17 and not getting package until after Christmas! They are using weather as reason on the 22! Should have been delivered by the 22nd. Tracking shows label created the 17 (of course that is when I was billed) and was not shipped until December 20! Not a problem, but at that point you cannot ship ground! Support did nothing. Ship a new one air or email saying you have delays so I can get something else. Won't be buying 1,000 coats from them anymore.

I was super excited about these shoes. The look, design and materials all had everything I was looking for. I bought these in December 2021 for a hefty price of 300$. I thought they would truly be high quality especially for that price. Fast forward to now in April 2022 and I still cannot get these shoes to break in no matter what I do. My heels blister every single time I wear them even with bandaids or liquid bandage. I cant remember the last time I had to break in a pair of shoes for this long and frankly I am just frustrated and wont wear them anymore. Extremely disappointed and do not think the quality of this product is any good. Complete waste of 300$

I purchased two pants equaling over a thousand dollars from Rag & Bone. They both ran extremely small and had to return. After two weeks of no notice of the return being completed I contacted the company only to find that a return can take up to a month and possibly longer. Unacceptable. There is no reason a return should take this long. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered the Retro Runner. On the day that I received the shoe, the Rag & Bone website showed the price had decreased. I requested a price adjustment. After about 60 days, the price was adjusted on my Rag & Bone account but my CC had not been refunded. It is now day 80 of working with the Rag & Bone customer service reps and I still have not received my refund. I received an email stating that refund had not been processed 'due to high volume'. WTH does that mean? I'm sick of the vague responses and no refund. I've submitted a complaint with the BBB concerning Rag and Bone. I suggest that the rest of you do the same.

I bought an e-gift card 2 weeks ago for a relative's birthday. When it hadn't been received 6 days later, I did a chat with customer service to check on the status. I was told my inquiry would be sent to the gift card department, and that I should look for an email response from them. Two days later, after no response, I called Rag and Bone customer service. I was then told that due to "system issues" they were unable to send out e-gift cards at that time (which raises the question of why their website allowed me to purchase it in the first place) and that there was no time estimate as to when they would be able to. So I requested a refund and was told I would get an email in 1-2 business days regarding steps to take to get the refund. Today, which is 3 business days later with no response, I called customer service again. This time I was told that due to the same "system issues" they are not even able to issue a refund... again with no timeline for resolution. It is inconceivable to me how this could truly be the case, but that is the answer I am getting directly from Rag and Bone.

Where is my package
July 23, 2022

I ordered an item and it was shipped. Unfortunately, it was pilfered during transit. The nightmare has begun. Rag and Bone never contacted me. I reached out asking for a replacement and they offered to refund my money. I had about 4 text exchanges indicating that I want the item, they said they would provide a refund. During the time, they increased the price of the product. I never received my refund or replacement. So, I called in and explained the situation. The representative seemed to be very helpful and informed me that they guarantee the price and the will ship the replacement overnight, I was pleased and I waited for my package. After 3 days, I called in to find out where my overnight package was, the representative said it would be delivered the following day before 4. I asked her to send me an email with the tracking. She said she would and i will receive it in about 5 minutes. I never received it. The following day, I awaited the delivery. No delivery. I called customer service again, I was told that there was no record of reshipping. She determined I needed to speak to a supervisor, I was going to suggest that. To my dismay, the supervisor wouldn't take the call. Even the representative seemed frustrated. She informed me that she couldn't help me. If the Rep can't help me, who can. Do not order from them. I have not received my order or a refund. The worst service ever!
