Was surfing the web for a specific Panasonic Projector. They were the only store whom seemed to have the item in stock for immediate shipping. They also has a 5 percent off coupon which made them the lowest price I could find. Easy straight forward website to purchase from.
I used this Officewonderland in the past several times for projectors and an interactive display. They always are very informative of the products and alternate options as well. This purchase was for a new laser projector. Package arrived in 3 days brand new. Did I mention the best price as well.
I ordered a specific projector "A" online and received an order confirmation. A salesperson called to let me know that it is no longer in stock and up-sold me to projector "B" which they said was similar. I was too busy to verify the differences - shame on me.
I did not open the box and check it out until I would use it next, so I didn't open it for a month until I needed it for a client event. I then discover that the projector is nothing like the one I originally ordered and is horribly old technology. I contacted them to request a return and they were amendable to a return.
Received fast. Looking forward to Future business. I have bought from this seller before & would buy from them again.
