I ordered an item for my husband for Christmas and still haven't received it! Can't ever talk to anyone when I call and have emailed them and no reply. They advertise bibles etc. That's such a same, their company should be shut down permanently!
Similar to other experiences reported here, they confirmed my order, charged my card, and never sent the item. Multiple attempts to contact the company via email, "contact us" on their website, phone calls and a letter went unanswered. I have reported them to my credit card company. Add me to the list of those who said "wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered."
I ordered curriculum for my children over a month ago and never received it. I've called them several times but just got a recording stating they were too busy to take calls and to e-mail them instead. Three e-mails to customer service were also ignored. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Obviously I would have rather received the product I ordered.
As others have reported, order was placed 3 weeks ago, credit card was charged immediately, and the status on the site still says "processing order". AWFUL! Emailed Customer Service twice and left a voicemail. Of course, no response. How are they still online and accepting orders? Run away! Buy your products elsewhere.
I ordered an item Black Friday 2020. It has been almost a month and my order has not been shipped according to the website. I have called... emailed... left numerous messages and been on hold for hours. Noone has contacted me or called me back. I have received better service from a rude Walmart employee. They at least have the decency to respond. I wanted this gift for Christmas eve. I have ending up filing a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 dolls, they send me 1. Emailed them 5 times no response, you call and they say due to high call volume, leave a message, i left 4 messages.
They get away with it, because noone does anything about the complaints we make!

Ordered school book for our children, they took our money right away and we never received anything that we ordered. Tried calling, sent emails, no response. We disputed charges with our bank. Avoid this company, they are a complete scam!

Zero stars! It has been 6 months since purchase and I have still not received items and cannot reach anyone a this "company". It looks like there have been many others with the same experience as they have multiple complaints with the BBB. I hope they get shut down. Fronting as a learning company, selling bibles, etc.-terrible!

Answer: I needed anointing oil. Never thought I'd be scammed purchasing that... but yet it seems I have been. I have since ordered from a different company and received product that same week.
