How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Nestlearning.com?

I have called them several times as well as email and no response. Its been since beginning of December when I ordered the product and my card was charged also and I never got anything, no reply, no product NOTHING!

I have tried numerous times to contact them via phone call and email and no one has ever attempted to contact me back. It has been three months now.
