I ordered a swaddle and hat combo for when my son would be born. I ordered it around the beginning of December (of course the Christmas crazy time) and the printing of the fabric took longer than expected. Amber was great at emailing me to keep me updated on this delay and updated me whenever she had more information. Once she finally got the fabric, she let me know and put together the swaddle and hat and got it shipped in a timely manner. In total, it took about a month to receive what I ordered but considering the delay and Christmas considerations, Monroe's Handmade did the very best they could. She even threw in a very cute 6 month T-shirt for the delay. I would recommend them if you want an adorable product with great customer service. Thank you.
I've ordered probably around 100 custom shirts and they're alway high quality. She has amazing communication and easy to work with! I've also ordered the cutest handmade clothes for my children and as crowd winning baby shower gifts. High quality clothes and customer service! Can't wait to make another order soon!
I ordered a newborn size and it's more like a premie size. I compared it to other newborn pants that I have and there is a massive difference in size. I paid way too much money for them to not even fit.
Good morning. As previously discussed, and can be seen by both your electronic receipt and the receipt enclosed in the package, you did order the size preemie. I have been using this sewing pattern for 5 + years with very happy customers. In addition, you had indicated to me that the website somehow changed your order to a preemie size after you had placed your order. In the future, please think about leaving false negative reviews for small businesses as it can have a lasting negative impact. I ordered a milestone blanket and had some pretty significant customizations. I kept changing my mind and making requests and she was patient and gracious to me. I was in a time crunch and she worked hard to complete the design and get sent to print super fast. Communication was swift and clear and I would definitely purchase from her again!
