Cannot believe they are in business. They do not have the resources to apply a simple price adjustment…I was unsuccessful in many attempts to online chat (dealing with robots), phone calls (which were impossible to reach a person) and email which still has never been replied to over a month later. For such high end products I would expect some type of customer service, their reply when I finally reached the manager after many attempts was "our system will not allow me to do that." So I had to return an item and reorder the exact same thing for a price adjustment, which is the only way they said they could handle…it took many weeks, correspondence and lots of frustration. Will never ever do business with this company again!
I've encountered a situation with my recent orders. I placed two separate orders, and I'm aware that they send items in multiple shipments, which is totally fine.
However, I've noticed that I'm being charged again with each shipment, contrary to the information I received earlier about charges occurring upon shipment. I've sent an email explaining this, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet.
I understand they might be busy, but I wanted to bring this to their attention here.
I have purchased several Lilly items over the years. The color fades on most of them after 1 year. The quality if poor. I have had issues with several items poorly manufactured. The company does not stand by their clothing. Several pairs of shorts hem turns up even after pressing. Recently I purchased a sun dress. After one wear the strap twisted. The company did nothing for me since I purchased at a "Signature Store". The store pressed the item free but the strap twisted again.
I just received a large order from LP from a final sale. I am overly disappointed, not even counting the incredible amount of time they ALWAYS take to ship. They give a notice that it might take 30 days due to our current problems. Funny, Amazon almost always gets your purchases to you the next day. Everyone else always get them to you in a reason time. But two maxi dresses were at least TWO FEET too long for me. And the stretchy items have a tremendous odor that I am trying my best to get rid of, just terrible. They should note these things in their listings. Saving 50 percent on non refundable, non exchange items is not a good deal if you cannot wear them because of the odor or without spending a lot of money. I'm a little over 5'2 1/2 so I'm not a midget and don't have this problem (usually) with other companies with Size Small. Bad company. Bad return policy on junk.
I ordered a dress online. It was delivered to the wrong location. Ive been calling customer support every day for a month and no one answered. I send them multiple emails and oncourse they will not reply. Its really frustrating because i spend $350 and they cant even answer the phone.
Items ordered in the sunshine sale are not safe! Even with secured payment and check out of those items. I am a customer that purchase items from the Sunshine sale and then received an email after my funds were "processing" for 2 weeks saying lilly is out of stock of the item that was ordered on the website during the sale. I ordered 3 lower price items and will not receive them. Extremely disappointed that lilly is not doing anything about it. Of course now after the sale is over I can purchase the items at full price. I don't understand how this is legal! I was also sent the wrong size and when asked to return for the size I ordered I was told I would not receive the item ordered. What is wrong with this company? Very disappointed and will no longer be into lilly pulitzer items. Management has done nothing to make this right. This is not acceptable behavior and not how you treat your loyal customers.
I ordered what was shown online as 2 Large scrunchies for my hair. I paid $14.00 on sale. On delivery I found 2 dime store size scrunchies, these would have cost no more than $4.00 at the Dollar Store. I will never shop this site again.
You are paying for the name, not the product when you buy Lilly Pulitzer. I am not the least bit interested in spending my money on names nor on wearing names. Cotton Sateen is less than $10 a yard all day long, I can make what this company sells for a fraction of the cost.
I ordered two shirts of the same style, two sizes. Took one out of the bag and hated the material, so I put them both back and returned the package. Return was confirmed. A week later I received a package back from LP with one of the shirts I'd returned, with a letter stating that I had returned a stained shirt so therefore I wouldn't receive a refund. This shirt they sent back to me had a gray tinge around the neckline (the shirt is white). I never even tried on the shirt, let alone wore it. The company has accused me of returning a worn, damaged item, when really they are the ones who are selling a damaged product to begin with. I've sent dozens of emails, sent messages through social media and their chat. I've gotten no response other than one "the decision has been made and we can't reverse it". I've also left a negative review on their website that they never published. I'm so furious with this company and their unethical business practices.
I ordered two dresses during the January up to 70% off sale. I used PayPal which will only pay once the dresses ship. I received an email saying both dresses were shipped but several days later I only received ONE dress. When I called Customer Service they 'checked' to see if the 2nd dress was still available, which it wasn't. So instead of refunding my money they only offer a store credit, as it was a 'sale' item. This is fraud as PayPal wouldn't have paid if they didn't claim that it shipped, which they know.
Answer: They will never answer your email, social media posts, or live chat (always a robot).
