Their customer service is absolutely horrible along with their quality inspection on the items they sell. I received a pair of pants with holes in the seams. Contacted customer service they were no help at all. We had 4 emails back and forth with me trying to resolve the issue. Next thing I know they close the case and stop replying to my emails. I sent another email today let hope they respond this time. They want me to go to a true religion store but they only have 50 stores in the USA according to court records.

Thank you, I will be returning it when it arrives. Their business practices are atrocious! I tried to cancel this order within five minutes of making the order! Additionally, they don't give you an order number or email! They cannot be contacted via phone! Please start a return because I will be refusing this package. I will not be strong-armed into accepting an order that I do not want and made every attempt to cancel! All of this took place over a 36 hour time period! Every company has a cancellation policy except for this ill-fated company! It's no surprise that they're in Chapter 11 bankruptcy! This has been a horrible shopping experience and I will never buy anything "True Religion" from any retailer!

Turns all your laundry blue destroys your clothes. If you want to destroy all your laundry definitely buy a pair of these. For the price you pay for these they should not bleed into your laundry but they do. I've had so many pairs of jeans and shirts ruined because of these jeans. Don't be stupid and buy these. That was a white dryer sheet now everything's blue. Not worth the money.

This review is long since due. I have been ordering clothing, jackets, shirts, shoes and assesories from True Religion for my Grandsons for the last 6-years. The clothing quality is really pretty good and the deals online are way better than when you purchase inside the store. The shipping time is actually pretty good even around the holidays. Once I didn't receive a correct size for. Christmas they replaced no questions asked and got it to me in time for Christmas. The customer service was excellent. My Grandsons have always been very happy with the items I have purchased and the sizes have been correct. I will add pics later...

This company is awful! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me purchasing anything from this company. I am so surprised they are still in business. The company did not refund my total amount so I will have to contact my bank regarding this. They are extremely unprofessional and their replies are very odd and don't address the concern (they ignore money that they owe you). I have rarely seen ratings/reviews like this for any company. This is BAD!

For years now True has been our go to for casual nice and gym-ware. When PRIDE and other social comments started to show on the clothes I purchased I stopped buying. I will not buy again until they change their policies.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I can not log onto my account, can't redeem points, and when I returned my items, I didn't get the full refund. I have sent 12 email to resolve the account issue and 6 text messages with not resolution. They even went as far as to ask my my email in the same email thread. There is no phone number where one can speak to a person. And every time I try to send a new email they ask for the same information, even when I attached the previous email. I do like their over priced products, but their customer services is horrible.

Noticed immediately after I submitted the order that the address was incorrect, no option for cancel or request a cancel. Reached out via email and text and agent was unable to assist. Called FedEx and they informed me they can help but needed to hear from the sender, informed the agent and they continued to say no and ended the chat abruptly and rude! Will never purchase from them again and will continue to spread word of this bad experience.

I shopped online from UK for True Religion brand Jeans. The product arrived with right measurements but the fitting was too tight. I required for a refund and for two times they just told me my case was closed without giving any reason, which sounds too impolite and irresponsible. Then the last time they asked me to read their rules about international online orders stored somewhere in their website, which says that they don't accept international refund and all sales are FINAL. Yet still, I totally can't understand why there is no refund for International orders even when I am able to mail the items back to them at my own cost, and I am just asking for refunding the price of the item itself and not including all postage fee. This is totally unfair and unacceptable. I shopped online from many other countries and never meet such problem before. I hope this is not a typical of American companies and it would be a pity if this company ruin the reputation of American companies for overseas customers. This gives us a feeling of ignoring the rights of overseas customers and treat them unfairly.
