I am satisfied with the Light In the Box app.I got the item ordered by me in proper time. Quality of articles are standard. Though delivery cost is high but it doesn't effect as the quality of articles ordered and received by me are very good.

I'm still waiting...

I order 4 times with LightIn TheBox. The 2 first purchase was ok. But for the 2 latest, or I'm getting My parcels with 3 weeks of delay and the lastest one, I'm still waiting...I Send messages to customer services but I don't get any response...I let you choose to trust them or not...

Bad return conditions
March 18, 2025

Sending (with tracking) to a china adress cost ~50€. This shop does not offer a cheaper variant for returning any parts. Since this is just written in the context of all of the AGB and law related documents, for me this is like FRAUD.
I'll never, really NEVER by again any part in this shop

Wrong size

According to the european size I have ordered 3 shirts x-L. The size is too small for me as according to your sizing method I would need 3xL. I have the shirts with me and I do not understant how I can get a change

Reliable management of shipment

LightIn TheBox reported when the product departed the port in China, arrived in the port in Tokyo, and when it is in the process of delivering to my address. I could expect the approximate arriving time. Good job!
