Après avoir attendu pendant 20 jours (entre le 24 juin et le 11 juillet) la livraison de ma commande de 2 chemins de lits et 2 taies d'oreillers, j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de n'être livrée qu'en partie. Et là il n'y a pas moyen de répondre au questionnaire que la livraison est incomplète = on ne peut cocher que soit livraison non parvenue, ou livraison faite. Depuis le 11 juillet je cherche à récupérer ma commande ou à être remboursée. Et là, pas moyen de retrouver ma commande malgré le numero que j'indique dans le questionnaire de réclamation! C'est très étonnant que mon numéro ne permet pas retrouver quoi que ce soit, alors que j'ai fait 2 commandes le même jour et qu'avec mon numero de téléphone, ces 2 commandes apparaissent immédiatement. Je crois que ce site de commande est une belle arnaque.

I bought 5 shirts on March 1,2025 and I received them on July 8 2025. It's too much. The shirts are really great but the way of shippment is horrible.
I ordered a beautiful green dress and it arrived very fast. It is really pretty and also the size was absolutely perfect. Everything fine except for the wrinkles everywhere in the fabric. I washed it and hoped that the wrinkles would disappear, but they did not. I'll have to iron it and am a bit worried, because it is polyester, which I normally never buy, so I feel uncomfortable about ironing it.

But still I appreciated the nature of the cut and sewing but not the material.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
