Toral rip off.
Paid foe 3 day service and the price of the rings.
Never recieved the rings!°!
Had to open a dispute so my bank can handle it sine their customer service would never answer me, even after almost a month!

It was so difficult to read the captcha to reset my password. It took me ages to get in and still unable to log in so I can view my order. However, the shipment arrived within a month and we're still happy to have received. We are still going to place orders in future as it is a reliable seller.

Would not recommend them to others.
Ordered a size 5.5 and got a 6.
Was under the direct impression that it was American made in fact it took well over a month to get the ring and wasn't even getting engraving done. Because it was made in China and took forever to get the ring

The rings are pretty but look better on the website. Paid for expedite shipping but didn't receive package till a month after order was placed. Even after it says ships in 4-6 business days. Never will order from them again.

Horrible I told him I never received my item they said they would check into it never heard a thing about it that I get this whole thing on reading my experience and I'm not going to lie on the company and say they did great when they didn't

Finally was able to.order and get the size needed after several tries. Hopefully I'll be satisfied with product, have always been satisfied in the past.

I ordered from Joancee because I wanted a piece of jewelry that looked expensive but was comfortable in my budget range, and I found that priceless look at an affordable price. I love it.

The shopping experience was great. However I do not like how they don't send you updates on your order. I had to email them over n over to get information on my order. I never even got a tracking email, it was so different from my first experience. Overall I love my ring, it's beautiful and everything I expected it to be.

I never received a confirmation for my order. As time went on I became concerned and felt like it was a scam. I reached out to the information from my order which was different from the actual Joancee website and didn't receive a response until a couple of days. When I did received a response, it was very short and didn't provide a formal introduction or anything. I also reached out about my login a d password.
That information was also incorrect. When I reached out to Joancee I was told that my shipping number didn't reflect what theirs should state with. I actually placed a hold on my payment until the order shipped. It took weeks. I love the site but not sure if I will order from them again.

I was hesitant too purchase out of fear of not being real and tarnishing like I've experienced elsewhere. But this ring is stamped and has not tarnished,ive been wearing as a wedding ring for almost a month now with no issues! Will definitely purchase again.
