Ironville

I had a terrible experience with this online "company." The item purchased did not fit as described, (i know this is common when online shopping; this was not my issue) i payed to return my sweater for a larger size, and did not hear from them for 3 weeks (after the delivery of my returned item). Finally, i write an email and their reply was "we were at the Arnold expo" which is great for them, but being that someone received my item a few weeks back id expect an update. Okay so they were back from the expo, and were going to handle my exchange, right? Wrong! Thats what a professional company would do (ironville is "different") Two days later i get a $5 requested from ironville via paypal for the shipping of my item, although according to their return policy on the site an exchange for the same dollar amount (i wanted the same sweater in a bigger size) does not get charged of additional shipping cost. It was not worth the fight, i sent the $5 and wrote this review.
