HME has not outsourced some of their " sleep coach" calls. I discovered this when contacted about placing an order. It was apparent that the calls were not only outsourced but outsourced offshore. Very difficult to understand. Not one of the Green Bay sleep coaches.
I ordered a step up rollator at my neurologist request since I have Parkinson's the item was never delivered to me it was delivered but to an address that doesn't even exist. I've contacted them several times and have gotten call back or any kind of satisfaction over this on my desk
It required me giving three negative reviews on three different sites, but I finally got my refund. That was very much appreciated, but if they had been helpful to begin with, it would've been better

I ordered a battery box for a mobility scooter... I was told it was out of stock... though the website still says they have them... said it would be 6 weeks before they could get one. L asked for a refund to my bank... they said they would try to find one to overnight to me... even sent me a tracking #... never shipped the part... said they would take one off a scooter they had in stock... now there's a problem with that box... I continue to ask for a refund so I can order on elsewhere. But I keep getting s run around... they are holding my money till the 6 was is up... in the mean time my mom has no scooter.
I ordered a wheelchair part and they sent the wrong one. Tried to get a return label and ended up sending it back. Now they refuse to refund. I am now out the payment and shipping both ways. If they are not a scam they sure don't service their customers very well!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I've had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Their voicemail states "Happy New Year, we have limited personnel THIS WEEK." That started two and a half months ago! Also says to contact them via "Chat," which has been down for the same amount of time! When you leave a message they email you WEEKS after leaving the message! I placed an order 12/6/2019 and they debited my checking account the same day. I called and called as the order never arrived. Finally I filed a fraud case with my bank and a week later the order arrived on January 27,2020! The order is wrong and they want me to pay return postage for their mistake. This was my third and last order from this inept company! My two previous orders were wrong and had to be corrected. Now I am fighting via email (Still the same silly message about limited personnel THIS WEEK" as there is no way to reach them. Do not do business with this company! They have no understanding of what customer service means and they do not own up to their mistakes!
I have ordered from HME medical shop twice and I have to say they are very reliable I live in Caif. And ordered a conserver on Monday the 17 I received it Tuesday the 18 at no extra charge I actually ordered online and it was my mistake so I e-mailed and Michael Wise e-mailed me back this was on Friday the 15th so I called and spoke to Ann on Monday the 17th told her what happened and she made sure I got it right, I would highly recommend this Medical shop you can't beat the prices they are way lower than any competitor, I will definitely order again.
Placed an order for hoyer lift battery, but inadvertently ordered two. Received both batteries and installed one, it worked. I completed an online return form to send back the 2nd one. Received the code for the return and the following information on 4/21/2024:

There has been no further information from them, and I have emailed them several times. I've called numerous times, but they don't answer and you can't leave a message.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHT YOU NEED, AND YOU BETTER HOPE IT WORKS, BECAUSE YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT. USE PAYPAY TO PAY, AT LEAST THEY WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR GET THEM TO RESPOND SO YOU CAN RECEIVE A CREDIT AND RETURN THE ITEM.
