I never write reviews but this got me. I had 2 fraudulent charges on my Gemini credit card from an unrecognized merchant. When I tried to dispute the charges I was double-charged by Gemini claiming it was "interests" added on. So basically I'm being charged $85 from NOTHING and then another $85 from Gemini. I'm down $170 for doing NOTHING. The customer service is a joke. These people are criminals and need to be sued.

Don't trust Gemini! I tried to send crypto but they put a security hold on my account. I jumped through every hoop and sent proof that this is my account multiple times like they requested and they still won't release the hold on MY money! Don't let Gemini steal your money too!

I am totally disappointed about this cypto business, I tought they were legit but Its BSS! DO NIT GIVE GEMINI YOUR MONEY, may as well just hand it to a stranger you cannot contact.
