Communication could be improved

Purchase was easy but no communication about where the order was in the process of delivery. By the second week I was beginning to worry
There are so many scams out there! I felt a sense of relief when the delivery message and actual delivery occurred.

I would highly recommend starting mounting bindings on skis.
Here, in Florida, finding a service where bindings will be mounted on skis is challenging.
I communicated with Evo, but they would not mount the bindings.

Didn't arrive

I ordered goggle and they got shipped out then never arrived and when I looked they had gotten sent back to the facility. I then got an email saying they had arrived even though they were still at the facility and I got no refund.

Bought skis

Pulled the trigger on a pair of skis for my wife. Price was right. Accidentally bought two. My daughter (same size) lucked out on that one. Skis came as planned and in perfect shape. New age marketing where you slowly get blitzed with their ads. Yet look at me filling out a review so must work. Lol. Thunk snow.

Ease of use

Evo.com has easily become one of my go-to spots for all my snowboard gear! Not only do they offer competitive pricing (my wallet thanks you, Evo), but they sweeten the deal with rewards points and coupon codes for returning customers. It's like they want us to keep coming back—and honestly, who could resist?

Every order so far has been smooth, and I haven't had a bad experience yet (knock on wood). From their product selection to their free shipping, everything just clicks. I'll definitely be sticking with Evo for the foreseeable future—because why mess with a good thing?

Customer Service is missing

Of all the ski shops in Western Washington, Evo is the coolest but unfortunately their staff is too cool. They are stuffy, uninviting, and more consumed with chatting with their cliques than helping customers. It's become annoying to the point I don't think I'll come back.

Did not true to upsell me, were very helpful.

However customer service goes to a national number, not local, which made servicing and pick up delayed. Would have been easier to talk to the local store directly
