Overpaid for 4 tickets, only received 3 electronically. Paid $119.00 per ticket that were available at the venue box office for $29.95. Theatre was half full, could have had our premium pick of any available. Will never use this company again
I purchased tickets for the Golden State Ballet Nutcracker for me and my daughters. Turns out I purchased for the wrong date.
I tried to contact customer service and unlike other sites, Ticketmaster, AXE, Stubhub, they were literally nowhere to be found. Somehow through two days of persistence, I found an angle.
Unlike other sites, I could just third party sell them. I had to go through their site and it's one I have never heard of. This, I was unable to sell 7 tickets that were in high demand and electronically deliverable because Event Tickets took my listing down a day ahead claiming that they wanted to give buyers enough time to obtain tickets. They are electronically delivered!
So now I am out $1100 and nobody is getting to use the site as there is not even an option to transfer the tickets to friends for free. Few options and difficult to navigate. I got screwed and I'm not a novice user.
This site is horrible. If you see it, walk away.
SCAM! BEWARE! I didn't look close enough when I searched for an event and accidentally clicked on event ticket center's site, thinking it was the venue's ticket selling site. I overpaid by $130 per ticket! No luck getting my money back. Lesson learned.
Prefer that tickets be printed and mailed to me. Transfer and saving of tickets was confusing. I am not tech savvy. Took five attempts for Ticketmaster to verify phone. Not sure how to use wallet. Physical tickete should br an option given cost

After over a half an hour of passwords and codes I think I need to go to Ticketmaster website and try to get tickets with a bar code. So far not successful! I am exhausted from the ludicrous experience.

I ordered tickets to a show from the venue's website, and never received a receipt or confirmation. Had to contact the venue, my credit card company and EventTicketsCenter to get the receipt/confirmation sent. The rep I spoke to@ EventTicketsCenter was helpful and got that email sent. But I had to jump through a few hoops to make it happen.

It was fine. I really don't have anything to say, but this is bugging me that you're forcing me to do something just to let you know I got my tickets and I already have it them downloaded in my Apple.
Ticket pricing was in USD but the final "safety" cost was in CAD. Didn't realize the difference and ended up paying more than I should have. Would have been better just to go through Ticketmaster. Prices were higher and there's no returns even when I wanted to cancel 5 minutes after ordering.
Costumer service was good but they still wouldn't return my money and cancel the order. If I had paid 8 CAD for each ticket I could have cancelled the large USD price. Stupid system, not impressed.
First of all, should be all CAD prices.
Second, there should be even a 10 minute return policy, because I could have accidentally gone through with it before double checking.
Third, just use Ticketmaster because that's where you'll get the ticket in the end anyways.
Confusing when you asked if I "received my order!". I did not know what this meant. I had not received my tickets yet but you told me the tickets would not be sent until March 27. I did receive confirmation email of my purchase. I am presuming that you were asking if I received that confirmation email. Yes I did receive confirmation email and am now waiting for tickets.
My confirmation email said I had to make an account to access tickets but doesn't give me the option to make one. I had to bookmark the page with my tickets and hope they work when I get there as screenshots won't work.
